When you enter, you're amazed at the selection of different cheeses, chips, crackers, etc. etc. I was tempted to buy them all, but showed wise restraint. After like 5-10 minutes, the grilled cheese was ready to takeout. I ordered the classic with spicy honey. It was solid, though I was a bit surprised with the bread chosen because I've always been used to seeing super thick and chewy. However, the benefit of that is that it becomes super yummy without feeling super heavy. I was thoroughly impressed. At just under $10, it's a pretty solid deal.

It was organized through the NYC Trivia League, but you can play even if you're not a member. There were six rounds, including a picture identification round and music round. You then bring the pasta home to cook it (with the instructions to use a fork if you haven't had enough time to roll your dough, which some didn't). I made the pasta when I got home and it was completely inedible as was the person's I went with. The instructor was nice and the room is beautiful, which is why I added a few stars. A couple days ago, I took a leap of faith and ordered "Pete's Special Tuna" sandwich. This is not an ordinary tuna sandwich. They open a fresh can of Italian Tono in olive oil and chop in seasoning, sweet peppers (I go half and half with sweet and spicy peppers) and lettuce. It's my favorite sandwich of the moment. Perhaps the best tuna sandwich I've ever had. If you're a tuna sandwich aficionado you MUST try this.
