I've also known the owner for years - she is a kind, respectable person who truly cares about her customers. However, over the past year or two, I've noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. It's too bad, because the clothes themselves are cute - but the experience has become so unpleasant that I will be taking this place off my list of places to shop.

We walked in seeing a mirror of names who made appointments and my stomach dropped. I walked in asking "do I need an appointment" and the woman said yes, however we can still help you. We browsed and I tried on dresses that I envisioned myself in, mermaid dress with lots of sparkles !! The owner Carrie came in and suggested I tried on a dress .... On the hanger I knew it wasn't my type. I tried on the dress and started crying. I found it. It still had the sparkles I wanted but plain on the bottom. I SAID YES TO MY DRESS !!! Forever grateful for Carrie for welcoming me in and showing me something different. The woman (forgive me I forgot her name) who did my fittings is also the seamstress ... absolutely amazing. The sweetest woman we bonded like I knew her for years !! We ended the night having a champagne toast that was peach flavored ! Very delicious and taking a boomerang in front of their back drop ! I will cherish the moments I had before closing with these woman. Two places we found on a whim - Blu rayne & Butterfields we're I'm hosting my wedding. Support local businesses because I will forever recommend this establishment Thank you Blu rayne for finding my forever dress & making me so comfortable & memorable ! The shop is well-stocked and the sales associates were very attentive to my needs and questions. I went in for a specific tennis bag which they didn't have (because the manufactures don't make them anymore) but they gave me another great suggestion. I was so happy I bought my tennis shoes there too (spur of the moment). Everyone was helpful and it made shopping there fun, they will definitely be seeing me around again.

I've never bought a suit so we were pretty lost. Misha took over. My sons only requirement was "nothing fancy" Yes I would have loved him in a very stylish suit but he vehemently refused.
