Just prior to 02.19.2024, I went is and told Evan and "John PETER' what was going on with it. They diagnosed the problem and got me on the right track (no pun intended). Lawn Mower: Honda 2162SDA w/clutch. I inherited this from the prior home owner when I moved in approx 2 years ago, in the shed. At some time, I believe the prior owner switched to a lawn service in the end. This year I began finding some added things to sort through. The lawn mower? What the heck. With some starter fluid it ran for about 10 seconds and cut out. I brought the mower in to John, this time. He recommended the right fuel. He said it may be the carburetor. It was. They had a delay getting the replacement carburetor part from the Honda distributor. Delays always increase my focus toward my end mean. I read a prior review from 20012-13 and spoke w/ John Peter. He was thorough, straight-forward and honest, there's some repetition, I know. Over the added time frame, John-Peter gave a call to me, if the manufacturer was delayed and they were. This is where some people stick their heads in the sand. They didn't. I received a call from John today that the mower was ready. He said Matt D., he's sort of important sometimes, hadn't seen a carburetor in this condition. To me it looked like saw dust (it wasn't) by the intakes. Matt did other stuff. Replaced a cracked fuel cap that I would never have seen. He did other adjustments while it was on the table. Thanks. Bad news travel fast, good news does travel faster.

I have to admit, friends of mine with pools do not have the same bells and whistles on their pool as I have although paid many times more. I became a local expert in pools and quality products all learned from Bilt Rite. I remain extremely please with the highest quality equipment recommended to me which continues to allow me to be maintenance free. I do it all myself, except for opening and closing procedures. The quality of my neighbors' pools, although paying much more, was highly inferior and certainly not user friendly. I can control all from my phone, having installed an Aqua Pod and Modem. Sure beats going out every time to turn on heater or filter. As far as service is concerned, when something goes wrong, unrelated to the installation, they will definitely take care of it to perfection. I recently needed a "board" replaced. It was done with the utmost care and professionalism, coming back a second time to ensure it was fully operational. It was also followed up by the office to ensure all worked out perfectly well. There might be a rare occasion of an unsatisfied customer with customer service. I can only tell you that I have never experienced anything but the highest level of service and getting the job done always. Any issue related to pool function is always cared for promptly. If it can be done over the phone then it will be communicated in that manner, otherwise in person. I wish to highlight the main person in charge of customer service, Patty. Her responsibility is huge. She is in charge of keeping everyone on time with their opening and closing of pools, new construction schedule, rare issues with pools that need attention. She does it in the most professional manner. She answers all emails and phone calls in a very timely way and always get the job done. Just remember, when you show respect and professionalism, you will be treated back the same way, to your highest level of satisfaction. I would like to close by saying they know everything about vinyl pools. They have decades of experience. They do not do gunite pools and have therefore developed an expertise in Vinyl and its associated equipment. If you want your pool "Bilt Rite" then call Steve and Mike and Patty at Biltrite pools in Commack.
