I did not want an extra patty or I would have ordered it that way. The mistake was even hand written on the top of the box with a smiley face as if they were doing me a favor. It's pretty simple that I would like to receive what I ordered. The burger patties were obviously so smashed together that attempting to remove the extra patty was a pain and also messed up a lot of the rest of the burger. I would like my food the way I order it. I do not want someone adding to my order without consulting with me first. This was a waste of my money and when I complained, I was offered a dollar back.

However, the sauce they served it with was tasty. Could use more spice, but pretty good. We got the LocoMoco and the Chicken Katsu. It is NOT your typical Japanese or Filipino style katsu, it's a little overfried, but at least the rice was better. The LocoMoco is something you'd find for Hawaiian breakfast - egg, marinated beef patty, rice, gravy. It was a fairly chilly evening so I would assume that's why it was a bit cold, but otherwise it's ok. Whatever you order from them, be patient. Ask for the hot water sauce, and give them a berak since they're new. I look forward to trying them again this summer, so that I can write a proper review once they have it all figured out!
