When a person says they will do what it takes to make something right, I hold them to it. Put a deposit on a Lariat I was approved for, to then be told they won't sell me the truck. Then was sold less of a truck an XLT for the same amount as the Lariat. Was back in their shop a week later for two weeks, to then be told they would find me a truck. Here it is just at a month and I'm told today I'm stuck with the truck that was made worse after service. Bait and switch, then left with a junker truck that the sales manager needed to get rid of. No faith in them or their word. The single star is for Erica and Ed... The only people to be straight forward about it all! read more

We have been going to LaGrange Ford for the last ten plus years. I use their service department for all of my maintenance and service needs. I called today and wanted to schedule an service appointment and have something looked at. I was told they no longer take appointments. I was then told they haven't taken appointments for two to three years which is incorrect. This is when they stated that LaGrange Ford sold about six weeks ago. They proceeded to tell me they have 30 to 40 vehicles sitting on the lot waiting for technician work and I could drop my vehicle off and they would get to it when they do and it could take three weeks. This is very inconvenient for people who only own one car and cannot afford a rental due to being on a fixed income. On top of these changes the lady that took my call was extremely rude and did not provide good customer support. I would give them 1 star except prior to today I have always been treated very well. read more

Called in the day before to ask if there doing oil changes during covid , lady said yes fill free to come in . Arrived there following day at the service department. Didn't look busy at all no customers inside waiting . When I go inside and tell the service writer I need an oil change he said there booked all week can't do it ? Lobby completely empty nothing going on and can't do an oil change ? So I headed to Walmart got it done in 20 min half the price ....you would think a ford dealership would take in a ford truck for an oil change no matter what ...the guy working had a motivation level at zero .... Sucks when you want to spend money with a place and your forced to go the big boys down the street again .. FYI never turn down money in these times , no oil change today makes me never come back for service or to buy a vehicle there .. read more

If I could give this dealership a negative rating I would . My husband and I bought a truck from this dealership earlier this year ( 2019 F250 Diesel ) and 2 days after we bought it the check engine light came on .... We called the dealership and they basically said tough shit and sold my husband a warranty ( 5k ) that after said and done didn't even fix the issue !!! A little clarification for people who have problems following along. (K). my experience was based on what happened with the previous sales manager and the owner. I was recently made aware by the new manager Sydna that the sales manager I had issue with is no longer there. The service department was AWESOME if the sales department is now run like the service department the place is probably much better than several years ago when I had my experience. A little background info. I USED to live in La Grange FULL TIME, but due to a new job I moved closer to Houston. which is why most of my reviews are in Houston. They estimated it would take 7 days. 3 weeks later it's finally done. Even with insurance, I have to pay more than $500 out of pocket!!! May need to make some calls to get this mess figured out but I would not recommend their service department to anyone!!! read more

I bought a F150 King Ranch from these guys about two months ago. Very pleased with the sales experience. I told my sales guy Ricky exactly what I wanted and they had it there that day. I was hesitant to write a review too soon. For me the service department makes or breaks whether or not I'm going to return to a dealer. Well I put about 2,500 miles a month on my truck and I had it in for service last week. Wow!! These guys are great! They took care of what I asked them to do, it was ready when they said and I didn't have to sit through a list of additional things "I should do". I took my Toyota pickup truck to Ford in LaGrange because of a wreck I had had. It took them 30 days to replace the driver side front panel the mirror on my door the bull bar and whatever little odds and ends that go along with the front bumper cover. I thought this was too long. I called them every week to try to find out what was going on with my truck. Most times they would send me to a voicemail and it said no one's at this desk and it would hang up on me. When I did get a hold of someone in the body shop they assured me that the repairs were coming along and they would have it in a couple days. At the 30-day Mark I finally did get my pickup truck when I got it from the parking lot there was trash and debris in the bed of the truck. They had told me that they had detailed the truck inside and out. I didn't have time to complain I had to go pick up my wife who was dropping off the rental car. I got in the truck and started driving and noticed there was dust all on the dashboard there was still grass on floor mat and the carpet from the wreck. Driving to pick my wife up, I noticed a shimmy in the front end of the truck that was not there before. I tried calling LaGrange Ford ,got sent to voicemail that said no one's at this desk and it hung up. I called back and ask to speak to the manager of the body shop they said it was Mike. I left Mike a voicemail. It was a Friday at 4p.m. i called back about 4:45 because I hadn't heard from anyone I asked to speak to the owner or general manager. There again I got a voicemail. I left a message no one called me back. I hadn't heard from anyone Monday so I called back again I got a voicemail. The body shop manager or general manager or whoever he is called me. He said he had personally driven my truck and did not find anything wrong with it! That in and of itself told me a whole lot about what's going on at this dealership! I told him there was something wrong with it and I had asked the insurance company not to pay them until it was fixed! While they did give me a loaner car while they worked on my truck I am 6'4 and this loaner car was the smallest thing that they could find when I got in and adjusted the seat it would not go back far enough to accommodate my legs and my knees were in my chest! My wife drove this vehicle and I drove her truck while they fixed my truck. I received a call the next day from Mike telling me that there had been a rim that was bent in the wreck and they had it ordered for me. Why they didn't check this in the first place I don't know! Seems to me if a vehicle has had a wreck and you're going to do body work and replace tires on it because three of the tires had been destroyed in the wreck and I purchased a fourth one from them to put on . That you would check and balance them ? Did they not balance the tires and rims? I don't know but there's a whole lot of I don't care going on at this dealership! I have never received a call to find out if everything was okay and going well with my truck. Or from any of the managers to find out if any of my problems had been taken care of, or to say sorry that we left trash and debris in the back of your truck! I will never go to this dealership or buy anything from this dealership again! If you wanted to be treated with respect and have your vehicle properly serviced and followed up on do not go to LaGrange ford! read more

I have never purchased anything like a car over the internet but I found the car I wanted and decided to give it a shot. The staff at La Grange Ford was GREAT!! Erika sent me pics of the car from every angle and it looked great. They delivered it to me (800 miles one way) and I was able to inspect the car before finalizing the deal. When it arrived there was a problem with the car and I was given the number for Kenny and discussed the issue. Kenny assured me that they would pay to have the problem fixed and he followed through on his word. Within about 10 days the car was fixed to my expectations. I was very skeptical about purchasing a car 800 miles away, but La Grange Ford and their fine staff made it a very pleasant experience. Erika stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process to make sure that everything was being taken care of. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.
