When I got to the suite, she was super nice and we talked the entire time. She's very professional and knowledgeable of the sew in process. I got a wash and a basic side part install. I asked her to not cut my daughter's hair so short, that we just wanted a trim. She became noticeably upset and began to speak to me aggressively and loud. She didn't provide a towel to dry my daughter's hair. I understand that I scheduled a wash and cut but geesh, common decency is to provide a towel to dry off her back. Please do not schedule with this lady, she has no business working in customer service industry.

Also, the parking is stressful at that shopping center, which is not the fault of the Salon but is an aspect of being a customer. So I don't have to deal with that unless of course I'm going to Trader Joe's, which is in the same shopping center.

The ladies at Envy Us, not only allowed me to try as many wigs as I wanted, they cut the lace, and showed me how to pluck the lace.
