I received it from their website through the app was able to get it no problem quicker than I did my eBay packages. The price seems to be going up however I was highly pleased with overall outcome of the item they offer a wide selection when they are in stock I caught it when it was back in stock. They have different collabs and limited editions and different series for you to choose from. Check out the photos attached to this review.

But this time around, I decided to step in. I am not a fan of the Labubu collectibles. As much as I love to collect things, Labubu and I do not have any connection whatsoever. I find them oddly different compared to other collectibles. Anyway, my eldest daughter and I perused through this store for no more than 10 minutes. There were a few sections with pleasant looking dolls. At the end of our visit, I still don't see the intrigue and fascination in the Labubu collection. Just not my cup of doll! I didn't buy anything. Just took some photos. I think I was being watched the whole time. I'm sure this high end collection must be protected.

This is the OG POPMART location that I first started going to and started my love for Pino Jellies…read more Over the years and through the hype, this POPMART is constantly busy and packed. As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. As an avid collector, I'm still a fan and still adore this location. My only hint to visitors: park in the building next to Din Tai Fung for the easiest and quickest access to the store!

My little brother was playing with one of the Labubu hair products when an employee came up to him and said, "You've had enough fun. Let's not ruin the product." We understood and immediately stopped. After that, though, the employee kept following us around the store, which made us feel very uncomfortable. My brother eventually said, "You don't need to follow us around." The employee then mumbled, "Why don't you shut the f**k up." When my brother asked him what he said, the employee denied it and claimed he was just doing his job. He then asked where our parents were. I called my parents over, and as soon as they arrived, the employee ran into the employee room. When my parents asked about him, another employee claimed she didn't know who we were talking about. This was strange because we had just seen the two employees talking before he went into the back. Another customer who overheard the conversation said they only heard the employee tell my brother not to mess with the products, but that wasn't the issue. The problem was that he followed us around the store and, from what we heard, cursed at my younger brother. I don't know whether he was profiling us, being discriminatory, or simply being rude, but his behavior was completely unprofessional. There was no reason to follow us around the store or speak to a child that way. Customer service like this is unacceptable. For reference, the employee was an older man with a brown beard. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.

There were plenty of various original series blind boxes to choose from, and it was fun browsing all the options. They are always out of labubus though. If you're looking for something specific, or just want to see what's new, there's a good chance you'll find it here. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very welcoming. The staff were watching their customers too closely, and the overall experience felt a bit cold. On top of that, the prices were noticeably higher, around $20 to $30, for each of their blind boxes. A whole set of blind boxes will set you back $250.00 to $350.00. For cute cheap plastic toys that are trendy and will end up in a landfill someday, these prices are way too much. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you're after a wide variety of blind boxes, but the high prices and lackluster customer service make it hard to give more than three stars.

Glad to see everything was selling at MSRP as well so you don't have to deal with the folks who try to buy everything out and sell for secondary prices. They were the most helpful people there and were the only pleasant ones to interact with. Now I believe both are gone, and the manager/owner, Sam, or who I call Scammy Sammy, is left and unpleasant all of the time. He's the guy with the beard and glasses you'll see everyone talk about. He makes nearly everyone uncomfortable all of the time. He's so unprofessional, and makes so much unnecessary commentary. My main issue is his pricing, I get it for some collectibles they like to up charge (especially this store) but, I feel you should at least RESPECT THE STICKER PRICE, instead of scamming people. I came in and spotted a funko pop I've always wanted, for $30!!!! THE STICKER SAYS $30. I bring it up to the register, and have the miserable experience of having to cash out with scammy Sammy. This guy is super shady, because tell me why, he looks at the pop in its protective case, sees the price tag, OPENS it up from the protective case, and is trying to rip and scratch the price tag off the funko box. He ruined the bottom of the box, which is completely unprofessional, I'm not even a scalper but he didn't even ask and I don't appreciate that at all. If I'm paying for it, don't tamper with it and decide to change your price. And then he proceeds to say that the price is $35..... now even with the tax from $30, that makes no sense....AT MOST WITH TAX it would've been $33. I didn't want to argue with this guy, seeing as a lot of people have issues with him, and this guy himself clearly has issues. He is super shady as he doesn't give you a receipt either. PLEASE I BEG OF YOU, THERE ARE BETTER COLLECTIBLE AND TOY STORES IN SCV!!!! I swear to you your money is better spent elsewhere. Please do not support this business.
