This place is so cute and the drinks are dangerously delicious. While in town I went everyday on my way to the office. The quaint and vibrant set up. Quick service and cute cups are just the start. As you enter, your eyes will be drawn to the front where stacks of cups act as a wall to let the baristas craft your drink. Outside, there's an outdoor seating area with a white picket fence that acts like a barrier between you and the city. The patrons consist of a good mix of students, moms with little children, and ladies who lunch. This may or may not be your kind of vibe. It wasn't mine. 1/2 Star. Service - The staff was very cheery and happy. They were patient with me as I looked at the menu and even suggested what to order. They even cleaned up after me when I stepped out to take a personal phone call. Great experience. 1 Star. Food - The coffee is a sweet (and expensive). I tried the barista recommended Banana Cloud Latte. The fresh banana and cinnamon work well together. That said, it was a little too sweet for my preference, and the price makes it more of an occasional treat than a regular order. La La Land does a great job with the packaging, and it truly seems like it was made for Instagram. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - No. I'm not the target demographic for La La Land. We stumbled into La La Land almost by accident while wandering the mall in search of matcha--and immediately understood why the line was out the door. From the moment you walk in, the branding makes itself known. The space itself is stunning. Every detail feels thought through, and you can't help but pause and take it all in. The matcha was fabulous--truly standout. We also tried the avocado toast, almond croissant, and black coffee, and everything was excellent. Elevated, indulgent, and worth the hype. Despite the long line and quick turnover, the service remained warm and upbeat. You could tell the staff was genuinely happy, which somehow made the fast pace feel welcoming rather than rushed. Even the mugs felt intentional--beautiful branding through and through. This is a five-star experience across the board. That said, it's not an everyday stop for me. The wait and the immersive nature of it make it feel more like a treat than a daily routine. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I bring guests here? Without question. I tried the Matcha with strawberry and this was delicious. I also tried the banana sweet cold foam coffee and I think this one was my favorite. The Chia seed pudding was fulfilling and the egg bites tasted good as well. My favorite thing is their branding on their packaging. I would order from this place again. read more

Went with my daughter to get avocado toast. She ordered at 9:50 am. After waiting in the car, I went inside the store at 10:10 to see what the issue was. I see my the store full of people sitting down enjoying their coffee/food. No one was ordering at the time I walked into the store. My daughter asked what was taking so long and they told her they were making the toast. How long does it take to make an avocado toast La La Land? I don't think the answer is 20 minutes for a $12 food item. I requested a refund and will never go back. I am sure other coffee places would love to have my business. read more

This place takes FOREVER to make coffee. I made an online order and it took them 30 minutes to make it! I sat in the shop for at least 15 waiting for them to finish making it. La La Land Kind Cafe has always kept up with the beautiful concept of kindness. It shows aesthetically, but also within the staff. I was happily greeted & taken care of by Britt. She was very friendly and helped me decide on which matcha to get - I got the Kieth Lee matcha last time, and it was amazing. LaLa has so many choices the decision can be overwhelming if there is a line. I decided on a strawberry matcha, dairy free. There was plenty of space to work and plugs by the booths so I could charge my phone/laptop. Every time I leave this store they say "love you!". I love the positive movement of LaLaLand shops. Every time I order on the app for pick up , it always takes between 25-30 minutes for one simple drink. I've ordered different days and times. No complaints on the staff but they need to be more organized. So if you're going to order from this location make sure you have time to waste. read more

Although It took me sometime to post this, I just wanted to reach out. I ordered a drink from this location on Friday before the holiday since I was in the neighborhood. I noticed a dark looking color omindide my drink and thought it was possibly the matcha. There was actual mold in my cup, on the ice. Now at this instance I'm already in my car and have left the parking lot. I literally just spent $8 on a drink that I just tossed away for health and safety concerns. Not sure how I feel about this, I might be making drinks at home for a little while or frequenting my regular location but that was definitely alarming and just made me more cautious to observe my drink,not only that but I'm out of $8 .sigh Not to bash the customer service, the girls who took my order was awesome, I just think maybe the protocols or even maintenance if machines should take place.
