    Sad.

I just ordered a bowl strawberries and I cannot believe what was allowed to be served. If the strawberries look and taste like this, then this should only be served seasonally. Service was friendly but unfortunately the food has taken a nose dive. It does not even look, smell or sound like anything is being cooked in the kitchen. Seems like it is a microwave and go place. How sad; we always had a soft spot for La Madeline.

It was clean, quiet, the food was delicious. i need to come back because i didn't get a chance to test the mimosas

First time I've ever ordered a meal bundle here and boy $48.99 doesn't buy you much. Four chicken breasts, some mashed potatoes, some broccoli and a small and very wilted Caesar salad. They forgot the baguette that was supposed to come with it. Barely enough for four people. Price is way too high for what you get. The Caesar salad had a bunch of bad romaine lettuce - green molding and browning lettuce. I'd be embarrassed to serve a salad like that. How do these places stay in business? I used to go there two or three times a week before Covid but everything has gone downhill since.

La Madeline is a nice, quaint French style bakery focused of many different dishes, pastries, and etc. It's definitely a chain with the amount of food available and the amount of tables and chairs and etc but definitely recommend coming.

Where to start- I absolutely love the decor, ambiance, service, food, and drinks. The mimosa deal is AMAZING as you get a personal bottle of Brut Cuvee champagne with a quartino pour of orange juice. It's served on a cute tray like all other things and it's amazing for a self care sort of day. I always get some type of sandwich, soup, and a salad when I come here. Lovely, lovely place. (Try the macarons!)

I like this place. Coffee is good, I enjoy the mimosas. They went up $1.00 from $5.00 to $6.00 they offer military discount. They offer family size plates, sandwiches are pretty good. Love the pastries, my favorites are the lemon tart, Nutella muffin, cream brûlée. Potato soup I love. We come here a lot.

I must have died and gone to dessert heaven when my little pudgie toes stepped in to this gem of a place, one cold sunday morning. Ordering was easy you step into the line to order and you pick where you want to sit. Easy peasy. I quickly warmed up with a delicious caramel macchiato and ordered the croquet madame and waffle and strawberries for my little one. And a side of fruit tart that was indeed heaven on earth. The only downside that I can mention was that my son's waffle was cold. The staff in the front register were not particularly friendly, nor rude either. The gentleman that brought in our food was super awesome. I appreciated his help by offering to bring me some utensils because it was all the way in the back of the restaurant and I was having some difficulty with my son. So I appreciate him! Enjoyed being "bourgeois" and pretended that I buy my groceries at Whole Foods next door that made the morning's fleeting amusement. By the way, I took home 2 creme brûlée and 2 more fruit tart. Are you surprised? I wasn't :-)

If you're looking for a place to have style over substance, this is the place to go. The pastries are presented in a very appetizing way so we ordered three: the lemon tart, the mini fruit tart, and the eclair. I must say, all were extremely disappointing. I came here because I was craving a good dessert, and instead got bland flavors with too much sugar that wasn't worth the calories. Very tasteless, just too sweet without anything to balance it out. Highly recommend NOT getting desserts here.

    DRY. HARD.

Do not order the Croque Madame unless you bring a steak knife with you. The bread is very hard and the garlic sauce they claim come on it, is just a spread that is smeared on the bread before placing it in the oven.

Eh, disappointed. I had La Madeleine in Houston quite often so my chicken and pesto sandwich were always hot and delicious. Not sure if I now have to be specific if I want my sandwich hot (?), but this sandwich was ice cold. It made me so sad. I also requested for it to not come with cheese, but it did. Even on my ticket it says "NoChz". And the pesto side salad was absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and spit it out. Not worth the $9 at all. The restaurant looked very clean. I stood in front of the take-out register for 3 mins before the manager on duty was called by another manager who was off duty to turn around because he had customers (there was someone behind me as well). Even tho the manager had his back turned to the register, a lot of other employees saw me standing there and didn't acknowledge my existence or let the manager know that I was there. Like the cooks, a pastry chef, and a busser. I could of taken my food and walked out, but I'm not a thief. About an hour and a half later, I threw up. I will not be returning. Eff this place.

I made a reservation and our family of 5 had an incredible dinner. The service was exceptional - he was so attentive and wanted to make sure everything was just right. The food was some of the best we've eaten. The menu was diverse, and everything sounded so interesting. We had the pulled pork bao tacos for an appetizer, which were perfection - I could have just eaten them all night. My daughter ordered the green chili alfredo, which was as delicious as it was interesting. I ordered the pesto divorciados, and it had such complex flavors that paired together perfectly. My wife ordered the baked penne, and it was also just as delicious. We all agreed that all three entrees were just next level. My two youngest kids got kids' meals, which were homemade, delicious, and very kid-friendly. The atmosphere was fun, festive, and perfect for a date night or a fun night out with friends. We will absolutely eat there again before we leave town. Run don't walk to this restaurant.

It's a cute spacious cafe with brunch-style decor, beautiful lighting, and various seating styles. The staff is pleasant and full of smiles as soon as you walk in. I had the lunch 1/2 special which included a half order of the chicken n' waffles entree paired with the jambalaya. The portion sizes of each were perfect, for me. The jambalaya was well seasoned and had much shrimp which was devine. The dish comes with an egg, I chose scrambled. As brunch girlie, I love a good cocktail! I got the Bloody Maria Made great by the way! It paired really well with the meal. Our server, Gabby was a delight! She was constantly checking in! I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far. The classic burger is juicy and the beef has a great flavor. The southwest scrambler also had a great blend of flavors. I added bacon strips on the side. It did not disappoint. The flavor of the bacon was a great addition. Everything tastes better with bacon! I was simple with my drink order and had an orange mimosa (several). Great flavor. Makes it difficult to get just one. They do offer other flavors and flights along with many other cocktail choices and beer. I recently tried the steak and eggs, a new menu item. You have options when you order. I ordered mine with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon (of course), and toast with my medium steak. The eggs were delicious and so fluffy. The flavor of the bacon went so well with the eggs and the potatoes. I like steaks. To me, the flavor of the steak was missing something compared to the rest of the plate.
