It's a mother and daughter, breakfast & lunch place. Arriving- It's on Main Street, about two minutes off US Route 27 North. There is free but limited street parking in the front. Pro Tip- Circle around the back to a beautiful free parking lot with back door access. Ambience- Clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, two room establishment. There is also a small counter that looks directly into the kitchen. This is a very comfortable place to grab a meal. Pro Tip #2- There is no Wi-Fi, so you'll be stuck with pokey 5G. Customer Service- My server was one of two and a little overworked. Even so, she was friendly and efficient and took the time to answer my questions so no complaints. I was there for breakfast and just as I was wondering about my meal, it came out so a little slow. See my picture for the one-page breakfast menu. Standard American comfort food with no surprises. I ordered a Ham & Cheese Omelet, home fries, toast, and a soda to drink. Note that they serve Pepsi products here. I was slightly surprised that their omelets here are two-egg instead of the typical three. The meal set me back about $14. That's typical for this area. My toast was buttered, warm and had a satisfying crunch. My potatoes were piping hot and perfect! My omelet had plenty of ham & cheese, was not overcooked, and delicious. As expected, it was a little smaller than places that use three eggs. Conclusion- They are very new but coming along just fine. They need to tweak the staffing just a bit. They use handheld devices for payment, so I know they have Wi-Fi. They need to open it up for customers. It will be interesting to see if they stick with two-egg omelets or move to three. It has lots of outside seating that's covered with ceiling fans and many seats have a nice view! There is a very small bar that seats about six. In short, it looks like a Country Club restaurant. So much for pub ambience! Customer Service- Awesome, maybe seven stars! I had substantial interactions with the manager, bartender, and a server. All were exceptional. Adult Libations- Definitely not a pub style bar. It's a full bar with just a few taps but nothing special. Food- Like the ambience, it's an American menu with a couple of Irish dishes. There's Bangers & Mash and Shepard's Pie. Other than that, they throw in a couple of Irish terms to deceive you but it's really an American menu. There're enough choices to satisfy most folks. See their website. I ordered Irish Brisket Flatbread- Brisket, bacon, caramelized onions, diced tomatoes, BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese @ $13. It was out in good time and plated very nicely. Plenty of food for the price so good value. The flatbread was nicely crisp. I love caramelized onions and that's the base here. Everything was very fresh. Plenty of brisket. Unfortunately, the onions overpowered the other ingredients, so the flavors were not balanced. It was tasty but needed a little work to be a winner. Conclusion- If you're looking for an Irish Pub, you're in the wrong place. If you're looking for an American menu that has some potential with a great staff and beautiful outside seating, give it a try. As they are new and the staff is awesome combined with the outside seating, I'm going to be a little charitable and say four stars!
