Watched as the young, but experienced chef started cooking the meat on low heat, allowing the Garlic to be absorbed, then turning up the heat to seal in the flavor. Great Technique! It was served piping hot with careful presentation. They have great burger selections, and other amazing-sounding appetizers as well. The ambiance is casual and friendly. There was a large marina there with many sailboats and other beautiful boats. There was room inside to eat or sit outside for the view. We found a good table facing the marina and water and had a couple of afternoon drinks. They weren't very strong and we drank water with them. We still had a few hours to drive. Our server was very nice, and we spoke in our broken espanol to her, and she spoke in her broken ingles to us. We loved being there. Soon, it was time to drive on, and we said our goodbyes. Of the local breweries, we liked Ocean Lab. To eat, we saw someeone else get the onion dip so we had to also. It was soooo good. The 2nd visit we went after a day of beaching and were happy to be able to use their rinse-off station out front (such a cool idea). To eat, I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and my fiance had the chicken tendies with mac and cheese. All were really good but I think the best entrees at our table were probably the salads but everything was really good. Overall, somewhere I'd go hang if I lived in Vieques and would be happy to visit again. They did have the cleanest bathroom of any of the places I ate in all of Puerto Rico.
