We had a undermount sink failure because previous granite installer didn't mount it correctly.Unfortunately,the granite had to be ripped out to replace the sink.I picked out Taj Mahl quartzite from All Natural Stone and Yolanda (she's awesome)recommend a few amazing fabricators and LA was one of them.I told her I wanted to use LA.(had a few conversations with them)She said they were great and I'll be very happy. They did our demo first and explained why the sink failed-bad materials/metal rods etc)All of the materials surrounding the sink was crumbly with wet rot so they put in new plywood. Orlando patiently went through templating with me.I appreciate the extra attention he gave my layout,the wavy pattern on my countertop flows seamlessly.High end job for sure! The counter install hit a snag because one section of cabinets flanking our stove was higher.They spent a great deal of time to level it.I think most fabricators would have either proceeded with the job,or demand I hire out a carpenter to fix. Initially was going to settle and use previous company I used to install my Silestone bathroom countertops ( Lito's Marble & Granite)Out of the 3 bids I rec'd theirs was crazy high.They insisted I had to have 3 slabs.Even after I pointed out the other 2 fabricator quotes said 2 slabs would be plenty. I recommend L&M for a high quality job,they are hardworking and HONEST. I'm so glad we went with LA Marble & Granite! Their attention to detail,patience,competitive pricing and just over all wonderful guys made this remodel PERFECT. Also happy they will hold on to our left over slab for a future project for us. Extremely impressed, the quality is excellent, communication excellent, installation was as painless compared to the other work on my remodeled kitchen and the price was quite reasonable.even They were prompt to respond, provided input on my design, helped me purchase the quartz, managed to use the leftover pieces to provide a backsplash for the stove (which was not in the orginal quote). Beautiful Work, Conscientious & Knowledgeable.We just had our kitchen countertops re-done. And they did the demo, fabrication and install. First - they managed to demo the existing countertops without damage to the glass backsplash! They took their time and were very careful. The fabrication and install throughout the kitchen, was visually seamless across flat and angled surfaces: countertops, waterfall island and a long window sill with waterfall effect. We are so grateful for their attention to detail (they worked over 9 hours on install to get it just right!) and their honest work ethic. I was so happy with their work, I asked about replacing some of the backsplash with the countertop material - they actually advised me against it b/c it wouldn't look as well! We visited their shop before the granite for our daughter's remodeled kitchen and they laid out the granite slabs with the templates they had made on their earlier visit to her home. They allowed us to confirm that the right parts were being used. Then when they came to install the granite they were professional craftsmen who spent over 5 hours installing my daughter's new granite counters to make sure they were perfect.
