Working with the CR team was truly a great experience, especially when compared to the other subcontractors that we were dealing with during our whole house remodel - we had flooring people, plumbers, electricians, cabinet folks, etc. but working with CR's crew was the best experience of them all - from start to finish - Isabel, Janeth, Rene and Juan were really easy to work with and straight forward - they listened and help guide us through the process and made recommendations and accommodations with our stone supplier @ All Natural Stone for delivery and pick up of the material - Isabel was thorough with all the planning, while Janeth made sure that the templating process was completed to our liking - Rene and Juan were efficient at installation - and were honest when issues arose - we had a minor crack in one of our pieces during fabrication and Juan and Rene were upfront about it and genuinely concerned - and offered multiple solutions to the problem - We had a general contractor manage our job and they had their own countertop fabricators on hand - we decided to go with Porcelain tops because it was shiny and super durable - but we didn't know all the difficulties of trying to fabricate this material - apparently it is really hard to cut and breaks on you if not handled correctly - All in all, our GC's countertop guy wanted to charge a much higher price, and was really hesitant with working with porcelain - they mainly handled the usual granite, marble and quartz - Anyway, that lead me to try and find my own fabricator and that's how we found CR Marble - we received 4 bids from other stone fabricators and CR marble was right in the middle. This is always a good sign and secondly they were the first to respond - and was thorough in the questioning of our project so that when we received the quote it was also very detailed - the other quotes we received i found were too general for my liking and the proposed work could be misinterpreted down the road. We had a fantastic experience with CR Marble and Granite. We hired them to fabricate and install a Porcelain countertop and install our tile backsplash. For the porcelain countertops, Juan's team did their utmost to ensure that the template was placed so that we could take advantage of the marbling in our slab as well as make sure that our countertop looked homogeneous even though we had a few cuts. For the tile backsplash, we used a handmade ceramic tile that had several different colors of white. The installers made sure to vary the color pattern in a way to highlight the tile. Scott Turner is always right, and I've stopped trying to prove that out. I highly recommend CR Marble & Granite for both fabrication and material procurement, especially to those who are new to the concept of tile. Scott found every tile I visualised, and was able to both match and beat competitor pricing. Scott has a creative eye for design and knows what works well, he was paramount in the procurement of a lot of my tile that included wall, floor and slab. I had a pre-existing bathroom slab order with a separate company (before I met Scott) which had issues regarding delivery and vein. However, Scott as the fabricator quickly resolved this without the need for my intervention. Scott was patient and very willing to work with myself and my designer during the kitchen counter top template layout phase, he took my design and made it better... The showroom is excellent and exactly what I needed to help with visualisation. The display was orderly and appropriately placed, the work desks are large enough to enable easy viewing of plans / computer and tile samples. Even the bathrooms are designed with the beautiful marble they carry. Had I met Scott at the start of my project, I never would've bothered with the small amount of online purchasing. He educated me on tile & slab - quality, counter top fabrication and material selection methodology, finishing details such as schluter vs tile edging, grout type and color. Scott is very respectful and professional, always responded to my questions in a structured and timely format. I appreciated his honesty with one example being my originally intended tile, a very pricey marble herringbone tile. I ended up with a more beautiful chevron tile on that day, because Scott very politely talked me out of the herringbone. What you get with Scott is 25 years industry experience, an individual who really does know it all, and expertise that you just wouldn't get anywhere else. I grew up with a father who was a general contractor specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels. Knowing this, our realtor, Nick French recommend CR Marble & Granite for our master bathroom remodel in 2015. They worked within our tight timeline and my request that it needed to be perfect. I'm grateful that every morning I am reminded of the fabulous work that CR Marble did! Earlier this year, it was time to remodel the guest bathroom. There was no question that we would use CR again. Scott Turner came out and helped with the measurements and was complimentary of the tile we had chosen. When installation day came, they were on time, we walked through exactly how I wanted each of the different areas done. The installers were courteous and diligent, cleaned up each day. Even though my inspection of the tile was a few days after CR finished the work, and I called to tell Scott that things weren't exactly right, I was told it was no problem and more of our expensive mosaic tile was ordered and then we were scheduled for the repairs - WITHOUT QUESTION. On repair day, Juan, the owner, and Scott, both came out to make sure there weren't additional things that needed to be addressed and to make sure we were all on the same page for the work that would be completed. After searching all over for the perfect coffee table with a very specific look in mind for our living room, we came up empty-handed. We came to Juan to fabricate the piece based on a few images. Of all of the stone companies I have worked with, this one is the best. We had a contractor who made some bad mistakes including installing a porous stone in the shower thereby marring what was otherwise a beautiful renovation of our master bath. Juan from C&R Marble offered to fix the job at zero cost even though it was likely not their fault. Not only did they do a gorgeous job cutting the tile around a rounded corner, Juan had also previously made recommendations about the right stone to use. Juan's staff seems to know what they're doing with materials. We had a detailed Italian tile mosaic backsplash to be installed, and ordered Caeserstone island and counters in the kitchen. Scott did a good installation. But I found CR Marble's customer service and follow-through to be quite lacking. The general contractor was not instructed how to care for the materials. His ignorant carelessness ended up causing a stain in the caesarstone. Juan did not even want to invoke the manufacturer warranty on the product. Also, we asked Juan to install a brass transition strip from the remodel to the original hardwood floors. But Juan did not follow through with his email promise to get the work scheduled, and then stopped returning messages I left with the business office or his mobile. read more

Many say this company does great work. I never got that far. Juan came by, measured everything, took pictures and made notes. I date was sent and his team showed up. They were shocked and amazed, and ran from the house saying that this was not what they were prepared for. Their materials did not match the job and they sat in their truck for 30 minutes then left. I recently used C.R. Marble for a complete kitchen and master bath vanity installation. I was very impressed with their customer service and the workmanship was excellent! Prior to fabrication, they had us come to their shop to approve the layout and they thoroughly explained why the design was layed out in that manner. I was very impressed with the installation. The seams that were required virtually disappeared and it looks like one continuouse piece of stone. They were very precise in making sure the granite was level and the end result speaks for itself! CR was selected by my contractor during my kitchen remodel They installed the tile floors, backsplash and granite countertop The floor is perfect, I receive so many compliments on the backsplash, but I wish I would have been consulted first on the grout color. ( I blame the contractor not CR) The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the granite countertop. The good news is CR came back 3 times to work on the seam until it was p-e-r-f-e-c-t! It looks amazing.
