When I checked with other shops, I got real quotes between $200-$650 for the exact same damage. Never once asked to go see it in the sun more thoroughly. checked it while it was inside of garage. These are pictures from the actual day, The accident happened the car swiped my door with its mirror. It's obvious they're just working with AAA to lowball people and not giving honest estimates. Definitely not a shop I'd trust with my car. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I guess they'll only help you if you keep your car there and do the repairs there.

The person who hit me offered to pay my repairs cash, so I went around my area and got quotes from 3 shops near me. Kings of Body quoted me the best price. On top of that, they were extremely patient, kind, understanding, and reassuring. Being a young girl and finding car help on my own, it can be really daunting to figure things out and trust that my best interest is being looked out for. Sev (who I believe is the manager) was so extremely kind and caring in helping me resolve my car issues. He even kept me updated from his personal phone for when the parts came in and when the repairs were about to be done. (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car .
