So nice to have a technician pay attention to their customer, instead of distracted looking at the door, tv, or phone. I had a very negative experience with my last salon visit. The nails were trimmed so much that I swear he was cutting at the root. It was so painful. Patricia was very attentive and the whole experience was painless. Her salon is well organized and clean. The day he did the pedicure it felt better, but I am three or four days out from having the pedicure and my ingrown nails are hurting my toes again. So that tells me that the guy did not do what he was supposed to do. I won't even complain about the pitiful foot massage that I got during this pedicure as well. The foot massage is one of the most important parts of a pedicure, especially with people who have feet issues and I do And I have for a long time.
