He let his new employee do all the work while I was waiting, and let the other new customers who came after 20 minutes of me being there. Not even concern about the well being of people. Idk why the low ratings but I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our ice cream in peace. It was about 10pm on a Sat night and wow the line was out the DOOR! Safe to say that this place is poppin despite the low ratings lol. Soooo many ice cream flavors to choose from and other treats as well. We opted for a double scoop which was $5.99 or something but they charge 99 cents to use a card which is fine it's just a dollar these other reviews need to chillllll lol. I have ordered from Uber eats a few times from this location and my experience was great. We loved our crepe with ice cream. It was made fresh and delicious. Today's visit, we went to chipotle which is located in the same shopping center and I saw the sign for la Michoacana and had a craving for something sweet. We got strawberries with cream and a cup of ice cream, guava and lime which are my favorite flavors. Everything was good, the strawberries and cream had yummy coconut and raisins I think, it was delicious on this hot day. We are staying in Anaheim and our trip here has been amazing. Stopped by on Sunday after mass with my kids and the place was super clean and there was a line. Service was fairly fast and the employees were wearing gloves so they are super clean at this location. My daughter had their cookie monster ice cream and she wants to go back because she loved it. My son had the Ferrero Rocher single scoop and I tried it and it tasted just like the chocolate. To go into the restroom you need to ask for a code but I guess that's ok since it keeps it clean. It was very clean. I had the waffle and they made it fresh. Tried it with strawberry ice cream and they put fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Overall prices are fair. The employee I forgot her name but she was very friendly and let me try over 10 ice cream flavors. I will go back. read more

Barely the put the order and same day hours apart called back to ask to adjust my order and he said it was too late there was nothing he could do about it.
