    The 5.32 paleta de tamarindo
    Julia F.

Are you guys charging for using the drive thru? Because 5.32 for a prepackaged paleta de tamarindo is crazy! It's not even made in house

I will definitely keep coming back to this place! The ice cream is so good and I can't wait to try other options they have on their menu. The service staff were kind and quick, they even gave me a pup cup for my dog!! Thank you!!

The tostiesquite hits the spot. Open late night with so many great options. The Tosti-Esquite $12.95, was very reasonably priced and fresh.

20 oz cup for $24.95 seems extreme since it was advertised for $15.99

We ordered a large fresas con crema and got a surprise when we went to pay they were not $15.95 as advertised they charged $24.95 instead an up-charge of $10.00 not sure for what ? Taste was ok. Just wish they were more honest about the price.

So fresh and refreshing treat. Staff was nice and friendly and helpful with our questions. Wait was normal for a michoacana so not a long wait at all. Well lit board with pictures.

I am impressed!! Got the carne asada torta combo with Jamaica and a pastor taco for $16. Torta: meat was tender and sandwich was well balanced between all the fixins, paired with the chile verde it was almost perfect. Fries: regular pre frozen fries you get at most of the places, not to salty and cooked just right. Pastor taco: upper medium of the road here but still enjoyable. All in all, great value for food that taste great. I will be back!!

Very sad to say this place has gone down hill... Came here to grab the fam some yummy treats. They now only have drive-thru open. So we pulled up & the speaker isn't working properly. You can't hear anything but static so you have to repeat like a million times. Finally after a long time ordering. We pull up to pay employee was friendly and told us we would have to wait a little bit. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. Which we didn't mind we got what we thought was our whole order. Unfortunately they gave me one wrong item, but we didn't notice till we got home. I called them up and they were really nice and said yes the forgot to give us our churro cup. All our ice cream & treats were already melting like crazy. So I told the fam to eat there's and I would go pick up the missing one. All the ice cream was super overkill sweet. No one liked it! When I went back they allowed me to come to the door to pick up my missing item. So I didn't have to wait in line. Which was really nice of them. Then to my surprise I see they have a B rating from the health department. Man wish I would have seen this before ordering, because I wouldn't have. Also the inside looks like a HOT MESS!! Looks unkept and super dirty! Super sad this place is now off or togo list. Gonna have to find a new ice cream spot. I can't eat anywhere that has a B rating let alone a filthy inside. Yuck!!! :(

They have so many desserts on deck! Lots of flavor options for fruit popsicles. I recommend trying them. Also the churro bowl was pretty good with cheesecake ice cream. Hits the spot on a warm sunny day after off-roading. PROS: many dessert options, savory foods and snacks CONS: many cars in line at the drive thru

After a long week and zero desire to cook on a Friday night, I finally decided to give it a try. When I pulled up, the line was surprisingly short, which felt like a good sign. The order window is right out front, and the menu is simple and familiar: tacos, burritos, sopes, tortas, quesabirria. I ordered a little bit of almost everything: asada street tacos, a bean and cheese burrito, beans and rice, an asada mulita, an al pastor sope, and a quesabirria. Prices were reasonable, and I spent under $50 for the whole spread. Food came out in about 15 minutes and was packed neatly. The disappointment started once I got home. There was no salsa in the bags, which already put us at a disadvantage. Only then did I realize there's apparently a salsa bar inside along with a small seating area, something you don't see from the front order window. Had I known that, I would've grabbed what we needed before leaving. Then we opened the tacos and realized they came completely plain... no onion, no cilantro, nothing. Just tortillas and meat. Not exactly what I expected. Visually, everything else looked fine, so I was hoping the flavor would make up for it... but it didn't. Everything tasted bland, like the seasoning took the night off. The only thing I halfway enjoyed was the beans and rice, and my family felt the same way. Maybe my expectations were too high based on the crowds I always see, but everything tasted like tortillas, meat, and cheese... and not much else. I'll give them credit for fair pricing and quick service, but that's about it. I really wish the cashier had mentioned that the tacos come plain or pointed me toward the salsa setup. Overall, not the experience I expected, and not one I'd rush back for.

Even my co workers say the same. The one with the tortilla lady on it is a little better. Try that one. The best are in el monte. Karinas tacos i think. Although their prices are high, $16 for a torta, it's usually worth it, because their portions are quite generous. Earlier today, I ordered a torta to go, and I ended up extremely disappointed when I got home. It had literally half the meat, half the beans, and half the cheese that it normally does. This was the first time I'd been disappointed with their food, but I decided to call and express my dissatisfaction. I was passed to the manager who handled the situation in the most unprofessional way. I explained the issue to him, and he insisted that my torta today had the same amount of meat, beans, and cheese as always. I disagreed with him, and he responded angrily, "Everybody makes mistakes!" He raised his voice and repeated it a couple of times. It was completely bizarre that he chose to speak to me as if I was the one who'd done something wrong. It's very childish to do a subpar job and then get upset and frustrated when you're called on it. An adult apologizes and pledges to not blow it again. Anyhow, I don't tolerate disrespectful people so I'm done. I won't spend another penny there.

First let's talk price - this burrito comes in just shy of $18. $18 is steep but with the economy being what it is I'm willing to roll the dice and pray the food is decent. This my friends was not it. Burrito was almost as flat as a pancake. The smallest chunks of meat were inside (maybe 1oz worth if I'm being generous). There was maybe a sliver of beans and cheese? Mostly this burrito was rice and again, so thin that not that much of that either. The actual chile???? Where was it???? Also so small it was like a side note. This burrito was so thin and lacking in ingredients that it should have been $8 dollars at most. So my question is, is this the norm or were they just running out of ingredients tonight? Positives I will give this place - tortilla for the burrito was fresh and delicious - just enough of a crisp on it too. The red and green salsa were both fire. They had a heat to them that you don't find much anymore. Overall - I'd come back for a taco since they are small and open faced but Never ever ever ever a burrito.
