We were in a good mood, laughing and trying to decide what we wanted. Since we weren't sure yet, we started by asking for two samples. From the beginning, the girls seemed like they didn't want to help us. Because we were still deciding, we politely let a few customers go ahead of us in line while we figured it out. Once we were finally ready to order, the girls still seemed very annoyed. They kept looking us up and down in a way that felt uncomfortable, almost as if our presence was bothering them. Customer service makes a big difference in the experience, and unfortunately this interaction made us feel unwelcome. I hope management can address this so other customers don't have a similar experience.
