My Go-To Spot for Mexican Treats in Anaheim! Ever since I moved back to Anaheim three years ago, this has been the spot for all my Hispanic little delights. They carry every classic Hispanic flavor you can think of in ice cream -- all the savory, sweet, fruity favorites -- and you honestly can't go wrong with any of them. Their snacks are just as good! The nachos, Hot Cheeto nachos, Dorito nachos, and the fruit plates with yogurt are all super delicious. This is always my go-to when I'm craving something sweet or refreshing. I'm also a pretty picky eater, and the girls who work here always take great care of me. There are about six of them and they're all super sweet, friendly, and fast. Beautifully clean and organized store. So many flavors and the ice cream bars all look hand made, and they are thick and dense with flavor and fruit. My first time in they were friendly and very knowledgeable about their flavors of ice cream bars and scoop ice cream. I bought 4 ice cream bars and they were all fabulous. I got soursop for the first time and really loved that one! Big hunks of fruit in it too. Also got a coconut ice cream bar and 2 Hibiscus flavored ice cream bars. They did a large order for me in April and I got to try a wide selection of their paletas and agua frescas. They come in full and mini size. I tried the pistachio, strawberry and chocolate cream based paletas. The strawberry lime, and watermelon water based paletas. The passion fruit, Jamaica, horchata, coco and Mango agua frescas were delicious. The staff is friendly and the store is SPOTLESS. I swing in for the nachos every now and then. If I could give zero stars I would but the other employee working with the rude one was very kind and she doesn't deserve the blame on this shift so I gave her the one star! However the younger employee was extremely rude (attached a pic of her since she refused to share her name and there is no name tag) After we already purchased 3 orders and seat down to eat, We asked 4 times for another cup of corn wt no tajin no butter no mayo just cheese. 4 times because each time she made it by how she wanted not how we asked, totally ignored me while I was talking but rolling her eyes! She gave us a small cup of plain cheese then we waited thought maybe I have to mix it myself and a cup of corn will follow. We got the receipt ..then she moved to a different customer, finally asked for the missing corn same thing nothing on it just cheese, she came back gave me melted cheese from nachos on top of corn inside a cup, I repeated I just wanted corn in a cup with cheese only... the powder cheese, she then make me wait 18 min she finally gave me my order after charging me again and it was a cup of just cheese! Finally someone walks in and spoke Spanish which I do too but I thought maybe my Spanish is not good enough , we asked if this person can translate for us. After she says she understood (all in English) she gives me a cup of corn with Tajin and Cheese on it. At this point this is the 5th time I repeatedly asked for a cup of corn with cheese ONLY! She was extremely rude, never apologized-slammed the cup each time she handed to me. By the time this all back and forward was over my family already finished their icecream... I have never seen such disrespect!! We love La Michoacán Icecream, these places are amazing but this location is so disturbing!!! This location stays open later than others. I'm really glad we came through here. Great selection and one of the best pm crew team. Patient, helpful, able to answer my little girl's questions and wait for her to decide. It was her first time and she ended up going with tres leches and Oreo. Delicious and so many options! I enjoyed a $2.75 half scoop of arroz con leche and half scoop water/based (sorbet ?) of nance. So many tropical flavors of atypical American fruits and flavors! And I appreciate being able to sample. The half scoops were more like full scoops. My husband got a strawberry paleta that had real chunks of strawberry, which the counterperson told us tasted better than an cup of the same flavor. After going to a La Michoacana while in Arizona I knew that I had to visit my local spot to compare the two. The one I visited in AZ was considered a LM Plus, this is just a regular LM. The only differences I noticed was the size of the shop itself and the size of the menu. I ordered a water based paleta de tamarindo (tamarind) and the wife went with water based paleta de fresa (strawberry). We also ordered a cucumber agua fresca. Everything was amazing, my paleta tasted like frozen agua de tamarindo and my wife's paleta was full of strawberry pieces which gave it a nice texture. The cucumber water was refreshing, a tad sweet, but hit the spot. Overall we were both very satisfied and can't wait to come back. I feel like LM stores are the kind of places that you want to taste everything before you decide which one is your favorite! read more

This location is my favorite. But unfortunately my experience today was horrible . My husband and I went in and greeted the only worker that was present ( she was wearing all black) she ignored me . 3 seconds later a family of 6 walked in behind us and the worker attended to the family instead of my husband and I . We were so confused. We stood there like what do we do ? I wanted to walk out and leave but my husband really wanted his ice cream. We stood there for a good long 4-5 min until another worker ( who's blonde & has a nose piercing) came out and attended us . She was super friendly and helpful . Great experience! I've been wanting to try this branch because I grew up on these snacks when I was a kid. It was my first time trying this place and the worker was friendly. She was knowledgeable and did not hesitate to ask if I had any questions. I got the hot Cheetos with nacho cheese and mangonada.
