The vibes and aesthetics are awesome and early Sunday afternoon we had all the back to our selves and the music vibes were vibing, my kids started dancing without interrupting anyone, bathrooms were clean, the whole place very clean and spacious. We did not enjoy the boba from this place and will not be back. We had their caffeine free brown sugar one which was just ok but their strawberry matcha which looks good in pictures was absolutely terrible. Matcha part was super bitter and does not go well with the strawberry flavor. 3 people tried it and nobody liked it. Wasted an extra large on that abominable flavor. I don't like that they advertise that one so hard which tempts people to try it out and be disappointed. Otherwise the service was good and fast so they have that. read more

Oh my gosh! I love love love the pumpkin lids they are giving out right now! Too dang cute lol It's an orange color with pumpkins and black and white bats. Adorable!! My husband got his usually milk tea, and I got a sweet tea. I was torn between a basic Thai tea, or something different. I went with the tea. It was a good choice. I went with the Galaxy iced tea, because it was pretty lol I added honey boba too. It was fruity and sweet! I loved it. That's a great sweet tea. Popped into Boba Time for the Seventeen edition milk tea. The "New Milk Tea" is a mix of butterfly pea tea and strawberry milk, inspired by the group's colors. We got a free coaster for each drink. The milk tea is so pretty! I love the little heart on top of the drink. It's so cute! The taste was also refreshing. This is my new favorite drink here. My first visit to It's Boba Time! The menu is pretty big so it can be overwhelming. I was glad they had the top 20 best sellers displayed so it helped me narrow down what I got. I decided to go with the top drink, the Thai tea. I got it with classic boba and oat milk. It was really good! This location has really big space with several tables to enjoy or work. Thank you to Andrea, the GM, for being so gratuitous and inviting me back. The atmosphere here is so chill, and there's not that feeling of being rushed. There is one downside, which is the fact that the layout of the café lets you enter from the front and the back. I really like it because it's what makes the shop so unique, but at the same time, it looked like someone was trying to cut me in line. Thankfully, the cashier had already greeted me beforehand and suggested the strawberry fruit tea. Even though it's hot today, there's plenty of shade outside. And it's always boba time! I hope this place stays open forever so I can try all of the new flavors. I know there are so many cafés nearby, but there's just something so cozy about this place. read more

This isn't my usual go-to spot for coffee, but I come here every now and then, because they're open late and right next door. Last night, I went and asked for a hot latte, which they have on their menu (cafe latte (HOT), and the "barista" asked for which one, assuming I wanted a flavored latte. I asked if I could not get any flavoring or syrups in the latte, and she said, "No." I didn't even bother showing her what I ordered from the menu and just walked out. It's standard for baristas to be familiarized with the drink menu and memorize each recipe, and the fact that they couldn't recognize the item which I described tells me that they haven't met that standard. I'm aware that they don't like making custom lattes, as they specialize in boba drinks, but I was ordering something on their menu. I came here in the evening on July 23rd and the worker on register with the pale orange/yellow beanie was very rude to my friend who was still looking at the menu. After being all haughty and hounding her about ordering, he tried to call over the customers behind her and they were still looking at the menu so he rolls his eyes and doesn't come back to the register at all. Just so much attitude and so unfriendly from the start and for no reason. Then he made my drink and instead of pushing it to the edge of the hand off station like I saw the other employee was doing so that customers could actually reach it, he places the drink and my straw right next to the machine and walks away, leaving me to reach for it. I ordered on the kiosk so I didn't even have a personal interaction with him but I'm sure he saw me with my friend. But I still don't even know why he was so mad from the get go. Just so unnecessarily rude and as someone who works in food service, it literally costs nothing to be kind and to be, not only a decent employee, but a decent human being. The drinks were alright. I've gone here a couple times and each tim i've gotten something new and it never misses. I was staying at the Hilton Anaheim, and I was craving boba. I didn't have a car so I was happy to see Ubereats delivered. I searched Yelp, and followed elite Yelpers reviews. I ordered the new Grape slush, which was not advertised to have dairy (I have an allergy). Upon seeing the drink, I asked if it had any milk, and the barista said "only a little". I explained that I have an allergy and was unaware of its dairy content due to the marketing of the drink. The barista then threw out the drink and required me to buy another drink if I wanted one with dairy. He refused to remake it, make another suggestion on the menu, or even apologize for the lack of transparency in the menu. I'm very disappointed as this was very unprofessional handling food allergies and customer service. I also uploaded the Advertisement of the product I wanted, zoomed in on my iPhone. Nowhere on the ad did it say dairy products, and the screen was so small I mistook the white for crushed ice typically in a slush. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I placed an order through the app, showed up after 10 minutes, and waited another 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment from anyone. When my drink was finally made, it was missing boba -- which I had paid for. All I did was politely mention that my order was supposed to include it. Instead of fixing their mistake like any professional business would, the worker in the orange beanie gave me attitude, tossed me a separate cup of boba, and basically told me to dump it in myself. That's beyond rude and unacceptable. When I did it, the drink overflowed and spilled everywhere, and I just stood there in shock. Thankfully, another worker apologized for her coworker's behavior and offered to remake the drink, but the damage was done. The rude worker continued to act hostile, and the whole interaction left me feeling upset and unwelcome. I come here often, but after this experience I don't even know if I want to return. No customer should ever be treated this way for simply expecting to receive what they ordered. Management needs to seriously address this, because one employee's attitude can ruin the entire experience -- and it definitely ruined mine. read more

I didn't do a review the first time out because I gave them a chance. Everyone has a bad day here or there but multiple trips and this place has the worst milk tea I've ever had. It's flavorless and very watered down. Very disappointing each time we have been but figured it was an off night or something. It's not. It's just their product.
