I was craving ice cream and decided to take my daughter to Nobibi after finding it on Yelp. Plentiful parking and the shop itself is super cute and grammable. The ice cream was plentiful for my daughter and I. Super delish and customizable. We played some games while we ate our ice cream. Overall, it was a great mommy daughter date.
We were in the area and we just had dinner so we wanted to grab something sweet after and ended up here. I first saw this place on Instagram so we decided we wanted to finally visit. I was so sure I wanted the brown sugar boba with the soft serve and it was delicious; however, I don't think I would do it again. The bobas were piping hot so by the time they put the ice cream in, the whole thing melted. Do I regret it? No, if I was to ever order that again, I would make sure it was for dine in and not on the road so the ice cream wouldn't melt as much, otherwise I don't think I would get that again. The quality of the ice cream is really good! It's smooth and delicious. The inside is really cute and it's clean inside. Staff was pretty friendly and the service is fast. When we visited there wasn't a line, but we went pretty late so I don't know if it's like that all the time. I would love to visit again. There's so many flavors that sound super good!
Today I learned each Nobibi store has a different menu. I had just tried the San Diego location and was getting ready to get some Creamy Mango ice cream but was surprised by the different menu. 24K Gold Foil? Smores? Ninja? What are these items and why is my beloved Creamy Mango not there? The staff were friendly and notified me that they were, in fact, not the San Diego location. So I took a risk with the Smores cone. The time it took me to get my cone was less than half the time it took me to finish eating it. So yeah, service is quick. The ice cream is smooth and I didn't have to worry about it dripping down my hands like most ice cream. It held together very well. It's practically vanilla ice cream with a burnt marshmallow on top, which is exactly what I expected. It's a colorful restaurant- a claw machine on the corner and a few boardgames along the wall to keep you entertained. Solid photo op for those who absolutely need to tell others they are currently eating ice cream.

Cute and aesthetic dessert spot! Lots of ice cream and drink options. The workers were super helpful and friendly, even checking in that everything tasted good! They have several flavors of soft serve: taro, matcha, vanilla, chocolate, more. - biscoff sundae: 8.5/10. This is one of their pre-made suggestions. The soft serve is so rich and creamy, topped with a plethora of caramel and biscoff crumbs. This was huge! Definitely can be shared between 2-3 people. - taro/matcha soft serve: 8/10. These two flavors were delicious and very strong. The texture of these soft serves was more ice-y than creamy. I believe these flavors are water based as opposed to the vanilla which is milk based and very creamy. These flavors are more refreshing and light and still very enjoyable. Super cute and yummy dessert shop with huge portions! The kids size was already too much for me alone.
Summer time calls for a sweet treat especially on a hot day. We decided to venture over to Nobibi for some ice cream and boba milk teas. I got the biscoff ice cream and brown sugar milk tea. The biscoff ice cream was my fav. It had crushed up biscoff, caramel, cornflakes at the bottom. Definitely a sugar rush for sure, but was really good. The brown sugar milk tea was good too, not as sweet which was fine since the ice cream balanced that out. Great place to enjoy on a hot summer day with the fam.
Tried the Dubai Chocolate Milk Frosty at Nobibi and it was seriously so good! Super smooth and rich without being too sweet. You can tell they use quality ingredients because it tastes really fresh. Definitely one of the best chocolate drinks I've had in a while. This place is so cute and staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for something unique :)
Yummy! I liked the boba shop that used to be here but Nobibi is a cute and yummy option! We came here when an event was happening ( lots of vendors and people inside so it was very crowded and hot) so we were unable to sit inside. We ordered a drink and two ice cream treats to share and snagged a table right outside the Starbucks. Service was friendly and fast and both the drinks and ice cream creations were good! My kid loved it lol. Would definitely come back.
I got the matcha latte drink and it was good, but a little too sweet for my taste. I wasn't asked about adjusting sweetness levels so I'm not sure if they make modifications, but I did ask for light ice. The creamer in the drink coagulated a bit since I didn't drink it right away so I had to stir it, but the creamer did not completely dissolve into the drink. Overall, the drink was good if you like drinks that are on the creamier/sweeter side, but I prefer a matcha with a dark and rich green color. Not bad, but there are definitely better matcha drinks out there. Cute interior decoration so it's a nice place to hang out and chill if you want to meet up with friends.
I gave it 5 stars because not only was service was fantastic when we were here this evening (Sunday 5.3.26), I love the vibe here. I love the pink colors. I ordered the Roasted Milk Jasmine Tea, I enjoyed it, it's not sweet at all. There were plenty of parking when we were here. read more

Clean and pink decor. We came with one hour to spare and so super appreciative of the staff making the one red bean and taro with captain crunch vanilla soft serve ice cream. It was delicious after having soba next store. There's plenty of game activities and vending machines. Would be back to try other flavors read more

I visited Nobibi for the first time this past weekend. I was there for a small cupsleeve event and enjoyed my time there. The aesthetic of the interior was cute, with lots of gacha/plush toy machines. I ordered the Sakura Blossom with Lychee Jelly as a topping. It was a delightfully refreshing drink, perfect for staying cool. I look forward to visiting again. read more

Friendly service, cute pink atmosphere. The Oreo sundae was quite tasty with good soft serve ice cream with chocolate, Oreo crumbs and corn flakes on the bottom. Ninja cones were also good. read more

Decent boba and scrumptious frozen yogurt concoctions. My kids enjoyed the strawberry blush and I took delight in the taro red bean. Place is clean and welcoming and service was friendly. I'm interested in trying their other exotic drinks like lychee dragonfruit or sky blue next time. read more

Customer service was amazing. She was very patience with us as we took our time looking at the menu. We ordered a s'mores ice cream, a puff with ice cream and a drink. She was kind enough to give us an extra cup so I could split the drink with my sister. read more
The Dalgona Biscoff is definitely a must order here! The perfect combination of dalgona cream plus the biscoff powder!Amazing! The Dream cloud is of course my daughter's favorite- she would take two cotton candy pieces and sandwich the ice cream! The egg puff is made fresh and a perfect ice cream pair! I love all their coffee drinks! I tried the matcha coffee and it was so good. I also got the ube coffee which was amazing. My brother tried the boba milk tea which was so good time. Their ice cream matcha was really good. You can pay extra for the gold foil! My brother loves their vanilla ice cream. read more

The ice cream is made of fresh milk includes corn flakes, your choice of ice cream, pocky, and a toasted marshmallow. I really love this little dessert shop. I ordered a couple things on a recent visit here, both a biscoff ice cream and a dalgona brown sugar coffee. I sat at a small hallway table, of which there are several. There are a couple of larger tables and a couch near the entrance plus a shelf with several board games for your amusement if you so desire. Within minutes, my treats were presented at the counter by one of the amiable workers. Normally I am not the biggest fan of soft serve ice cream but they dressed up this vanilla soft serve into something wonderful. A biscoff cookie was placed into the ice cream which had swirls of caramel sauce and tiny, finely ground pieces of sweet corn flake which gave each bite of the ice cream a deliciously-fun crunch. I was not familiar with dalgona coffee but loved what I was served. To my taste it was a mixture of creamy-milky iced coffee sweetened by the brown sugar. It normally comes with boba but I opted not to include that element. I could drink one of these every day! The only negative thing I can say about this cute place is they really need to get some decent napkins rather than the rough & rustic brown paper towels you find in high school locker rooms. There are quite a number of fun options combining ice cream with cookies and candy; even cotton candy. Several dalgona coffee options too. A cute place in the Stater Bros plaza, no problem with parking. The menu has a great variety from fruity sodas, to milk teas, to milk blends (like a frappe) and ice cream (even one with gold ). I tried the Jasmine Milk Tea with Cheese Foam and it was so good...cheese foam not runny and at half sweet, tea was perfect. My friend's kids got the cotton candy cloud, cute and impressive size! The oreo ice cream is really good. Will be back with my kids. read more
I was excited to check out Nobibi as it just recently opened up in Fullerton. Nice atmosphere complete with board games to play with the family or friends, friendly service and aesthetically pleasing desserts. Unfortunately, I personally found the desserts to look better than it actually tasted, but I still did appreciate the atmosphere and service. We decided to order the "Dalgona Cream Ice Cream" ($6.99), the "Red Bean and Taro" ($6.99), and an "HK Egg Puff" ($5.99). The Dalgona Cream Ice Cream was very strong so if you're not a huge coffee person, I would recommend choosing another flavor. This is coming from someone who generally likes coffee flavored desserts too! I really wanted to love the Red Bean and Taro but I found it to be a bit underwhelming. The red bean was delicious and sweet, but the taro paste was very subtle and had it not been for the iconic purple color, I wouldn't have known there was taro in it because I really didn't get that taro flavor. The soft serve itself was very plain as well, but I did enjoy the creamy texture. The HK Egg Puff was also very standard and not anything memorable. 3 Stars for the food but rounding up to 4 stars because I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was pleasant. read more

Nobibi is a must try bubba, ice cream and tea shop. We ordered Biscoff, Oreo, Strawberry and Dubai Chocolate ice cream and it did not disappoint. It was a nice place for me and my family to play some games and enjoy some yummy treats. We're definitely coming back to try out some other things on the menu. read more

Joanne helped us order she is so sweet both workers were. I wanted a special treat for baby girl and I today! I saw this new place open up near me so I had to try it. I saw my fellow Yelp friend Phi also just came here too :) Baby girl ordered the S'more and I ordered the Ninja which is Oreo with pop candy! Wow the Ninja is fantastic the flavor isn't too sweet and it has candy on the ice cream with two pockey sticks and an oreo, how can you go wrong and the way they decorate it is absolutely beautiful too! This place is so cute, tables to sit, games to play, a couch and wonderful music! I love it my daughter and I are enjoying our delicious ice cream and playing a game of chess! What a perfect place to get a treat, same parking lot as State brothers. I absolutely will be back here for a delicious treat they have a variety of different treats and some amazing looking drinks as well! Absolutely check this place out if you haven't yet! Brought my family her and everything we tried was delicious. I got the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream and I'm hooked. We also got the Oreo Ice Cream, Strawberry Blush, and Biscoff Ice Cream. We sat there in silence devouring the yummy treats. There are little board games you can help yourself to so it would be a cute little date night. The service was great and friendly. Looking forward to coming back to try out the rest of the menu! read more
Came here on their grand opening day and just as expected the line to get I. Is long with their promotion. But even then, their service was well maintained as you get closer to the door. They were passing out free samples of their ice cream and also their staff was very vigilant and friendly. I was lucky 77th in line and they allowed one free drink from the 4 shown on their marketing signage and I picked dalgona cocoa. Was given a ticket to fill out for raffle. For ambiance, it's hard to tell how it'll be since grand opening day they had a DJ inside the shop. But they did lay out some board games and couple small tables to sit and enjoy yourself. Will have to come back to figure out if it's a good spot to sit down and have small chats or better to just sit there and play games. Drink was really well balanced, but needs to be well mixed before consumption. read more

This place is in the same plaza as Early Bird. It replaced a boba place that used to be there. Roasted Milk Tea Brûlée: Absolutely delicious and reminiscent of crème brûlée! I forgot to order it without boba, but to my surprise, the boba was incredibly fresh and added to the experience. Fruity Pebble Ice Cream: Tasted just like cereal on a cone--so yummy! My son especially loved this one. Red Bean and Taro Ice Cream: This was my favorite! The addition of Frosted Flakes gave it a delightful, sweet crunch that paired perfectly with the flavors. Overall, everything we ordered was fantastic. I'd definitely return for the red bean and taro ice cream and the crème brûlée milk tea! read more

I guess my first experience wasn't the best. So if you come here, if you want vanilla don't come later in the day. I wanted to try this place, because the ice creams looked pretty good. But it seemed basic to me. So I come in and I wanted Vanilla, it's a good base to try to have with the other toppings like matcha or strawberry...etc. They no longer have vanilla. So once it's done, it's done, they don't make more. Understandably so. So I tried chocolate and one of those Flora ones. I saw this poster on their wall. It looks like they add this powder that has four flavors you can choose from which are matcha, chocolate, strawberry and another one I can't remember. I picked strawberry, because I thought it would taste like a chocolate covered strawberry. They apparently ran out of the flowers they normally put and so she said if she could put rose petals to replace. I said sure. Then as she put it I was dumb not to ask before hand if it's edible. They aren't big petals, they are dried up and crushed into pieces. So I had to take the little pieces out my ice cream, because I couldn't eat it. Why would they even have that option? There is no point putting little flowers that are tedious to take out if you can't eat it! Anyways I tried the ice cream itself, the flavor was pretty good. Not a very strong cocoa flavor, not super sweet which is good and I could barely taste the strawberry powder. So nothing I would crave really. I think this place might be more focus on aesthetics. I'll probably come back and try something different to see if that changes my mind, and go earlier to get vanilla. read more

They offer a very good variety of different desserts to choose from which I really enjoy. I would recommend their roasted jasmine milk tea, classic jasmine milk tea, peach jasmine tea, mango oolong. And the dream cloud dessert is really creative and unique! We also ordered the egg fluff, it's very yummy! read more
