Do you know what time it is? It's BOBA TIME! Stopped by the It's Boba Time in Ontario and wow... they nailed it. We grabbed the strawberry-banana smoothie with boba, the cookies-and-cream smoothie with boba, and the Oreo cheesecake because why not? Zero regrets, verything was fantastic. The interior was spotless, the bathroom was clean (big bonus points), and the service was fast and super friendly. You can tell the team here actually cares, and it shows. If you're trying to treat yourself or just need that perfect boba fix, this spot delivers every single time. Honestly, if reviews came with trophies, this visit would've earned one.
This place opened up recently south of the 60 fwy off the Archibald exit. It's near the 24 hour fitness, near the church. They can take orders via the app or the kiosk, along with a staff. I usually get the jasmine milk tea or taro milk with boba. They can do adjustments with ice levels and sweetness levels. I usually do 25% and half ice for my drinks. I do get their passionfruit green tea with lychee for my mom with 25% sweetness. They also have slushies which I get a plain strawberry slush for my younger brother. They do not have yakult based drinks but they do have a large menu of coffee and frappe based drinks. The staff is nice and the place is clean. They do not take cash, only card payments. They have rewards on the app.
7/14/25 Hubby wanted his own taro slush! Just finished the taro slush from Lollicup in Artesia & Hubby wanted another one for himself. Thankfully this local boba place is here! Service is quick & friendly. I ordered a mango matcha smoothie & a taro slush/smoothie for Hubby. Our drinks were ready in a timely manner. It's a small shop with just a few chairs indoors & a bench to sit about 3-4 people. There is also a couple of kiosks you may order from vs ordering at the counter. It's clean throughout. There is a restroom but I didn't use it this time around. Overall our drinks were pretty good & tasty.

Got my bday macaron flavor, it's a birthday flavored macaron with a avocado matcha smoothie. So good and refreshing! Love this place! Great service at this location and for convenience you order from their app to avoid the wait.

The friendly welcome with this team was a refreshing wave. An oasis from the hot day. So kind and courteous while the steady stream of customers flowed through. You're in good hands here! Wanting a variety of cravings we tried all the macarons. Salted caramel, Oreo, red velvet, hazelnut, coffee, vanilla, birthday cake & coconut. All were so fresh tasting, light crisp, slight chew and smooth filling. Distinct flavors with each bite. My top faves were the red velvet with that smooth cocoa flavor almost like a chocolate lava cake melting & the hazelnut which had a nice little crunch texture from the added topping of chocolate hazelnuts. This one definitely brought me back to the toffifay candy all sandwiched in a perfectly domed and footed macaron. Where have you been taro latte with soy milk! This was my all time favorite latte. Hot, velvety, luscious taro mixed so well with the soy milk. It's a soothing tummy hug. Hubs and I also tried the iced lavender milk tea and rose matcha milk tea which had flavors melding together in perfect harmony. Boba please! The açaí bowl was awesome on the hot day. Perfect balance of berries to base ratio. Topped with some coconut, hemp granola and honey drizzle. A substantial serving that was very filling. They also have PB or dragonfruit bowls. On the far west side of the spacious parking lot. What a great spot. I will definitely return!
I've been on a boba kick for two weeks now specifically the It's Boba Time chain. This location by far has been my favorite. The employees are so friendly and welcoming, my order is always correct, the space is clean, macarons always in stock, and the prices are lower (compared to the chino hills location). Today I came in to satisfy my sweet tooth and bought a 6 pack of sea salt caramel macarons. If you haven't tried them, you should! You'll be amazed at how delicious they taste with the slightest hint of salt complimenting the flavor of caramel making it perfectly "not too sweet". :)
4 stars for the drink quality, 2 stars for the quantity. Got the lychee green tea with boba. It tasted pretty good, boba is good consistency and sweetness. The drink wasn't overly sweet at 50%. However when I got it it looked like they forgot to fill it (see pic). Maybe it's because I ask for less ice? But if that's the case might as well be upfront and charge extra 50c if ppl want no ice. It's ridiculous to serve a drink with that fill level.

It was a hot, sunny day and I was craving some boba, so I searched for a spot in Ontario and came across Boba Time. Let me tell you--this place has some of the best boba I've had in a long time. The shop was exceptionally clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the owner was amazing. You can really tell they care about their customers and their business. They also have a huge variety of drinks and options to choose from, so there's something for everyone. If you're looking for delicious, high-quality boba, I highly recommend giving Boba Time a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

Bobatime is nostalgic company for milk tea, especially when I was an avid boba milk tea drinker years ago. It was known for cheap, quality drinks back then, and I find myself still looking for that nostalgic quality. Yet, when I go now, I think I find more disappointment and I should learn to let it go. I've been here twice and both times was after a meal at La Bufadora next door. Parking is difficult in the front of the facility, unless you intend to be here for less than 20 minutes; there is a designated 20 minute parking area. When ordering here, I don't usually order at the register since the baristas are always busy. They don't acknowledge when guests come in, so I use the kiosk to the left to make my purchase. My phone number doesn't work for the rewards and I could never figure out how to sign up. I ordered my usual milk tea with boba. This time, I put less ice since it was chilly outside and I even had on a cardigan. When my drink came, I was fairly disappointed. With less ice, came less to drink. My drink wasn't filled up... I guess I understand, but at the same time, it was a bit of a rip off especially if I'm paying $6.50 for it. The milk tea was not sweet although it was 100% sweet and the boba was inconsistently different sizes. With a second visit and the same lack of taste, I don't think I'll be back. I'm paying the same price as another boba shop that would give me more toppings and fill up my cup. I'd rather drive towards Eastvale for boba instead. read more

I came here with two of my goofiest friends. We had a blast! I ordered the acai smoothie. It was a great drink! The two girls that helped were very nice. The place was very clean. We stayed here a while and the owner came and she was very sweet as well. I ordered another drink and it was the Oreo taro milkshake. I also ordered my daughter a cookies and cream Oreo shake. I always love coming to this Boba Time in Ontario, their service is excellent and the workers there are all so friendly and delightfully pleasant, especially Kaylin :) The ambiance is also very warm, inviting and very clean. They have a wide variety of delicious drinks and even flavorful açaí bowls and shaved ice! My favorite drinks are their Dubai Chocolate frappe,Strawberry Coconut shake and hot cocoa, especially on colder nights. It's Boba Time never disappoints, great selection of drinks, excellent service with a smile!! read more
Boba Time locations get a bad rap but I enjoy going to them for convenience. Since I moved to Ontario, I don't really go to them that often but this location just opened about a month ago and I stopped to check it out on the way home from work one night. The staff are very friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked into the door. I had a staff member show me how to use the self service kiosks. The inside is brightly lit and very clean. The bar stools and chairs nearby give customers a place to wait for their drinks. I ordered the Boba Coffee with light boba/50% sweetness and it was delicious! I have never had a bad interaction and I really enjoyed this location. I will be back! read more

I walked in to see what they have on their menu , I was in shocked when I saw all their drinks and their pastries such as macaroons and cheesecakes. I only came in for a strawberry matcha , açaí bowl , and Dubai chocolate frappe for my siblings , I tried my sisters drink and while I was still in the parking lot I went in for 2 extra drinks . I recommend this place their ambience is very nice and clean , Also the workers were super friendly I wish I got their names but the one that helped me get my first order was absolutely amazing, as soon as I went back for extra drinks I had to tell her the drinks were so good I'm getting more for my family. I live in the OC but I would definitely be driving to this location since they made my drinks with extra love and the perfect sweetness read more
