Very disappointing experience. Victoria was rude, unhelpful, and seemed like she didn't want to help me at all. I asked to see the cakes and she refused, then kept hiding in the back instead of assisting customers. Then started verbally disrespecting me. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. My wife and I stopped by here to get some ice cream. She was craving it after we were in the area helping her brother. I never came to this Baskin Robbins location so it was a new experience for me. The place is not in a big plaza but since we came at night time, finding a parking spot wasn't so bad. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and ask what would we like. My wife went with their rocky road in a Salt cone and I got 1 scoop of vanilla in a cup. My wife loved her ice cream in a cone and I got a decent amount of vanilla in a cup. The place is not that big inside so we just ate our ice cream outside since people started to come in. Overall we had a good experience and I took a look at their cake selection too. I come to this baskin Robbins whenever I'm craving a sundae. This is my local location. They have the best sundaes IMO! The ice cream is not too rich in sweetness it's perfect paired with the sundae toppings. World class chocolate and chocolate chip is my go tos! The location itself is small but they do have outdoor seatings. The parking lot is very small but there is street parking. The reason I am knocking off a star is due to the prices. You'll end up spending over $10 just for yourself. That's a little too steep for me for just a sundae. Nonetheless I will continue to come here whenever I'm craving a sundae. read more

The most laziest workers I've ever encountered!!! I wanted to order a cake 2 days in advanced. Today, Friday at 6:30. They said no because you'll have to pick up exactly 48 hours later. It'll be 6:30 on Sunday. I said that would be perfect!!! All 3 workers looked very annoyed that I would still like to place an order. I proceeded to ask about a picture I would like to add. All 3 workers collectively said they don't think I would be able to place the cake order because if I would like to add a picture it would more days needed in advanced. They didn't know exactly how many days, but more days. Bottom line, they didn't want to work!!! I feel bad for their boss!!!!! I left and said,"I'm going somewhere where people want to work!" This is usually my favorite place to get ice cream but today was not one of those days. We went in to purchase buckets of ice cream and cones. There is a woman who is possibly a manager because she isn't dressed like the others. She's an older woman with short hair. As we were getting ready to pay she yells at the person helping us. I was so embarrassed for the employees because she yelled at her in front of customers and gave her the dirtiest look. I don't understand what happened but as someone who supervises also, you do not yell at employees period especially not in front of customers. So disappointed.
