This store is often overcrowded & currently under construction, parking is difficult, and the checkout lines are extremely long, turning even a simple shopping trip into a frustrating experience. Customer service also feels inconsistent, with employees sometimes seeming too busy to properly assist customers or flat out being rude a**holes The membership fee no longer feels worthwhile considering the limited product availability and frequent out-of-stock items. That said, I've visited other Costco locations that were much cleaner, better organized, and had friendlier staff, so I know the experience can be much better than this particular location. Unfortunately, this store just doesn't meet the standard I've come to expect from Costco. Do better!

We purchased from ED only because the black lamp was listed as "in stock ready to ship". Rove didn't have it in stock, and shipped a white lamp which at the time was selling for 1/2 off. I was charged the full $399. Your read that right, the shipment was from Rove not ED. After many days going back back-and-forth with customer service between ED and Rove, they offered a refund; however, they would leave us with no lamp so we opted to keep the white lamp we received. Rove said ED could issue partial credit but the credit was never received, so basically we paid double and received something other than what we wanted. What is terrible bait and switch. If you are considering purchasing from Everything Depot, my recommendation would be to find a different supplier.

During Christmas, staff were passing out beanies and some Christmas goodies but again mainly for the children. There were candies cane, Santa, and some small drinks. For Lunar New Year - the children receive red horses in 2026 Year of the Red Horse that won't come again for another 60 years! Adults and Children got red envelopes $2!!:)) Happy Lemon was passing out drink but OMG the line was long so we skipped. The line is LONG but first come first serve basic. Free stuff run out fast so come 30 minutes early. There are foods, coffee, ice cream in the plaza but again it is CROWDED during event times! Parking - if you arrive early, there's parking in the Regal parking lot. If you arrive late, it best to Park across the street where 24 Hours Fitness is located.
