It's a shame that I have to give even one star because never in my life have I ever experienced such rude, disrespectful customer service. I didn't get the name of the girl who waited on me, but this happened on Monday, January 3, around 3 p.m. From the moment I walked up to the counter, I got serious attitude from this girl. She never once cracked a smile, and she acted as if it was a huge chore for her to wait on me. To top things off, she shorted me $20 in change, and when I set the money on the counter for her to see her mistake, she snatched up the money and acted as if I was lying. After finally giving me my $20, she did not even offer an apology. I've already reported her to corporate. I truly hope she gets reprimanded for her unacceptable behavior. Just in case anyone is confused this store is open to a licensed cosmetologist and or licensed Beauty and barbering professionals only. This store has been a great resource for me over many many years and I have never had a problem with the staff at all. I was reading the reviews when I looked up the business hours and was surprised to see one stars although I understand people being frustrated they can't buy from there. I came in here to buy a few things recently. There were 4 girls working and none of them seemed to care to help me. When I finally stopped one of them and asked she seemed so annoyed that I was bothering her with a question. I was looking for a specific brand and they didn't have it. She informed me that salon centric carried the product and walked away. If she would have suggested something similar that they offered I would have probably given it a try. Unwelcoming staff and outdated interior. Shop is located in a lackluster strip mall in the same plaza as Big Lots, Del Taco, and a smoke shop. Fair selection and they carry Olaplex. You have to be a licensed professional to purchase from there, however, pricing is on par with retail. read more

This was one of the rudest encounters I've ever had. I walked into the store ( not knowing that it was only for licensed hair stylists etc) and 3 girls were standing behind just glaring at me. None of them said hello or anything so I just starting browsing. Then one of the girls approached me and the first thing she said was" can I help you, you look lost?" I was baffled when she asked that. I replied " I look lost??? Then she asked me if I I was a licensed hair stylist or cosmetologist, that they only sell to professionals with licenses. So I just left the store. But for her to assume that I wasn't a licensed hair stylist or a cosmetologist , professional was extremely rude. What if I was? And that's the way she approached me! Customer service definetly a big thumbs down. You don't speak to people that way. It's just flat out rude and bitchy. Those girls need to pull that stick out of their ass and have proper customer service etiquette and common courtesy. Management, train your girls!!! read more

This Cosmo prof is close to me but they are never fully stocked up! More times than I can count, I've been to this Cosmo prof and I had to leave the store empty handed and drive 20 minutes away to the Orange location, because they're all out of the colors I need. It seems to be only Joico for me. But, it's still very frustrating. read more

Just OK. Maybe I am the one unlucky person this always happens to, but I doubt it. Every time I go into this place they are never fully stocked! I can't count on them to have everything I need which can be frustrating when I am getting some last minute color or product. Granted I Gould not procrastinate till the last minute, but that's how a client based business goes sometimes and I need a supplier that I can ALWAYS count on. I still come here and will continue to come. The employees are more times than not are uneducated when it comes to product an color information but this is suppose to be only for licensed professionals anyways so you should already know your stuff! I'm wouldn't writing review but I cannot giving up with this time. I came here on the day my friends telling me the color on sale . I so excited for that but the lady is working in there seem so tired from the work when I brought a lot of color to counter. She was scanning my color but she didn't put in the bag for me and then she scanned one more time ( that's mean she charge me double time for that when I just have one color) . She did couple times like that. I didn't feel it's right. I was asking her that please, let I count one more time for you see ( because the number of color that I have only 56 color but she charge me for 59 color) she was starting mad on me with her eyes it's so mean. I was so embarrassed for that but didn't want to pay for 59 color when I just have 56 color. That was reason why I have to let her count again. She wasn't say anything when saw just 56 color after she checked out ( I have to keep say "sorry " for her)You guys have to be careful with that.
