They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! disappointed doesn't even come close. the attention to detail was lacking in the detail and paint…read morecorrection. there was a huge scrape under the bumper when the car was returned to me. there was residue in between the panels from the buffing. he didn't remove the license plates to buff out and apply ceramic coating to the whole car in those areas. he left some fuzz behind from the cloths. these things are fine for a car wash, but not for an $1100 detail. this guy drove my car 100+mph for pickup and drop off which i could see from the tesla app. he was clearly driving recklessly which felt unprofessional and made me feel really upset for trusting this person with my car in the first place. when i got back in my car to drive, i noticed a banging sound underneath the car. upon further inspection, there was a piece that had been totally messed up from going over a speed bump of something similar. this guy denied everything and tried gaslighting me making bizarre claims about how i treat my car and that it was my fault for the new damage. the entire thing was really outrageous and upsetting. sadly i don't have photographic evidence of the moment of impact (how would i) and he is being very rude about the entire situation. i truly do not know how he has a good rating on yelp :(

Maybe it wasn't SUV friendly, who knows but that's definitely not an issue here. My car is all black, so I need a solid wash every now and then, and this place always delivers. I love that they give you air fresheners every visit and a coupon for your next wash, heck yeahhhhhhh The vacuums get the job done, everything moves fast, and I'm usually in and out super quickly. Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. Use the mirrors, go slow, and let the staff member on the side guide you in and you'll be totally fine I come here at least once a week, and it's easily my go-to car wash. Highly recommend
