They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! And detail your car while on work meetings, you can't ask for more. The car wash machine is broken. You can not put your code at the machine. A grandmother seemed to manually pull levers inside the car wash tunnel drive-thru. I slowly drove through the dryer vents which were not moving. Still, I had to towel dry much ore than ever at any other drive-thru. I went to speak to the attendants inside when I was done and told the cashier- a man. I told him that I've just had the worst car wash result ever. I explained that I had to dry the car myself. The grandma started to yell back at me that ai did not listen to her. At that a 60 ish year old woman started to say rhat she would refund me, but the grandma said something. They all started yelling and I told them to stop yelling. I told them that this was the worst experience. Therefore, the other woman said that she would drive her car through and that if it was not dry she would return my money. A young woman from behind the counter told me that she would call the police. I told her to go ahead. I had not done anything other than expressed my displeasure with their business. I never asked for a refund. When she came out of the drive-thru I looked at her car and she came up to me and told me to move my car and to get out of there. I will never go back. The guy there told me that because of "leaves" and "dog hair" it was going to cost $200 which is an outrageous price for what I had asked for and obviously not worth it. So I politely said "no, thank you" and started to go to where I could vacuum the truck myself. He then told me that my car could not go through the regular wash because it had too many leaves (which would've been eliminated by vacuuming). I said to him, "This is very bad business. You're denying me to go through your car wash which I do all the time because I opted not to do your $200 wash? That is very bad business, my friend and I'm going to make sure that people know". In fact I feel that I should thank you. I went home after the above incident and broke out my leaf blower and shop vac.
