I am truly not the type to write reviews, especially negative ones. But I am writing this in hopes that the owners/workers see it and improve Quality of Service. I came into the shop on Friday at 3:45pm as a walkin pedicure and was told it'll be a 20 minute wait. No problem. 3-4 other customers walked in after me at different times with scheduled appointments. Still no issue I understand as a walkin I am not at a higher priority than someone with an appointment. I still remained patient because I did not feel like driving to another shop with no guarantee of immediate service. Finally I was seated at 5pm, waited another 15-20 minutes before actually getting my toes cleaned and prepped. Nobody apologized for the delay, or even acknowledged the duration of my wait. STILL I was kind, patient and appreciative obviously seeing they were having a busy evening. My toes were done in an hour , a small cut on the big toe which I didn't make a fuss over and I was satisfied with the results overall. But thing that bothered me most was when it was time to pay. My money was snatched from my hand and instead of putting my change in my hand it was firmly put on the counter. I still tipped the stylist regardless. Providing a service goes way beyond just knowing how to do the service. Coming into a beauty establishment you want to FEEL like you're in good hands. This establishment did not execute in that department. After spending 2 hours in the shop I was still treated with attitude as if I were the issue. read more

I got gel pedicure and manicure from Brandon about three weeks ago. Within a week and a half, my nails have already been not only chipping off but it also snags on my poor hair when I wash my hair (which makes me not want to take a shower), I know Brandon is a nice guy but I urge everyone to please pick someone else to do their nails asides from Brandon. I usually don't write reviews but this time I made an exception. Today I witnessed clear racial bias at this salon. My wife was treated with attitude and made her feel unwelcome, while a Caucasian customer was treated with kindness for the same situation. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable, I can't believe racism exist in these places while trying to spend our hard earned money. I will not be returning back to this location. I came in with the intention of getting a pedicure. After the Hispanic worker finished taking off my old polish, she pointed out that my big toe nail appeared to be on the verge of coming off. I informed her that I am no longer interested in getting my toe nail painted due to the condition of my nail. She then asked if I wanted my nails to be cut, I said yes. She then proceeded to cut and clean my toes. At the time of checkout, I was rung up by Ben. I informed him of the situation and he said my total was $35. I inquired about the price since I did not receive the full service of a pedicure. He stated that I should have told him because the worker does not speak English and he wasn't aware of the situation...I'm not sure how that is my fault for not knowing "who to speak to" once I informed the person working on my nails. At no point, did the worker say I don't understand English nor even asked her coworker for clarification or pointed to this gentleman. I later found out that this gentleman is not even a manager or the owner! He proceeded to be rude throughout the entire conversation. I then inquired...if I am paying for the entire service, even though I didn't receive the entire service, is there a way to come back to get my pedicure? He stated I will lose out on the service if I don't come back tomorrow, then changed to 3 days. I then explained that I cannot put polish on my nails until the entire nail heals...I already stated that I'll be going to the doctor to get it checked out, at in the beginning of the conversation. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, especially going back and forth with a woman. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he is on vacation, doesn't even know where he is nor when he will be returning. I've never experienced any type of situation like this but I'm highly upset and very uncalled for. Word of advice: If you decline a service, just know that all employees may or may not understand what you're saying and you will be expected to pay for the service. read more

I haven't even had service from them yet, but they're getting ONE star because I had an appointment today at 10:30 am and I waited 20 minutes and nobody was there at all. They called me an hour later and said I could come then but it's so rude because they offered no apology or consideration for my day's schedule. Mind you, the door schedule says they open at 9 am. Be professional! I was a first-time customer and they lost me forever, someone with a huge following who could've promoted their business if I liked the result of my nails. Bye! read more

The service is great. I have no complaints but 1 There is a Nail Tech that uses Her cell phone on speakerphone. Not only is that rude it's disrespectful to the Clients who are rendering Her services. Its ok to use Your phone , but it's better to have a ear peace. read more

I got an impromptu pedicure here today, and I was happy with the experience. Esther was nice and did a good job taking care of my feet. Just a standard pedi, nothing out of the ordinary, but it was nice. I also got my eyebrows waxed and was happy with how they turned out. I wasn't totally wowed by the aesthetics of the place, but it was inexpensive and really conveniently located for me. I'll likely return for a mani next time and will update my review then. read more

This place is a saw mill. If u saw the movie Saw you may leave there missing a limb. I had 10 very healthy nails she sawed them soo thin 24 hrs later 2 broke from being thin. Gel polish so watered down with acetone its see through.They use an electic saw sanders on your feet. .Women getting feet sanded like lumber. Skin flying everywhere!! I was like what are u doing that hurts..she said u waited to long between peddies..not true I get one at least once a mpnth..I dont walk on hooves!! My feet still hurt!! I found this place inhumane, money grubbing, and disrespectful to the women who seek a little pampering and relaxation. They are in such a hurry to make a buck that they treat customers like cattle or to ignorant to recognize they are being treated poorly for a piece of that government check. They only accept cash and own the atm. I wonder what the IRS would say about the free enterprising non English speaking crew of thieves. I regret entering these doors and you will too! Went to go get a mani-pedi, and at first was taken back that it would cost me $40. I figured that must do a good job so I decided that I'd still go through it. The guy rushed through my pedicure, getting up a few times throughout and returning a couple minutes. He didn't spend a lot of time on my nails, and I left feeling as if I was cheated out of my money. Stayed home that night and when I woke the next morning, three of my nails had chipped. Went to class, and when I got back in my car I noticed two more had chipped. Went back and told them the situation, the guy sits me down and takes the polish off and told me I have to pay. I told them I paid yesterday and wasn't paying again, so they told me they'd only charge me an $8 fee. I refused to pay that and long story short, they wouldn't right their wrong and I left. Dirty, rude, unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I had to grow them in for a couple of months because I wanted to fill out some spots. I tried to explain this to the woman who helped me. She ignored me and pushed me towards the chair. I again started to explain what I wanted done ( I didn't want my patience, growing out my eyebrows to go to waste). She nodded and did her thing. Got a sew in at the location next to ShopRite by a guy named Ernest. Let's just say that was a waste of $150 Not only was he an hour late to the appointment his braider showed up 30 minutes after the fact. Had better sew in done at the $50 Hair Weave Shop. On top of that a whole bundle of my hair just disappeared. They said it was 'misplaced"(They tried to play me) please take your money elsewhere it's not worth the headache or the Strife especially if you already have two strikes read more
