I came to get a pedicure and gel manicure here. Biggest mistake. They rushed the whole thing, as they only have 2 people working there and has customers lined up. They are not friendly and didn't do a good job. Will not come here again! There is gap in my gel manicure and they didn't even file my nails. This was my first time coming to this place as I just recently moved in this town. I had an okay experience here - I was kind of disappointed that they didn't check temperatures of each customer as soon as they entered. I chose to get done french manicure on hands and regular pedicure. The pedicure was great! Very thorough and relaxing. It's the french manicure I was heavily disappointed in.. it wasn't up to the par and not clean. The technician was struggling so much to get the white tips done for the french manicure. Can't even get through the door. I have called SEVERAL times throughout the months and this place can never work with my hours. They either tell me they are low staffed or very busy and can cram me in. Finally, the staff member offers me a 3pm time. I mention I need to be taken on time because I have a meeting in the afternoon and she tells me appointments are not always taken on time. She states they run 5,10 or 15 min late. The employees here are really nice and are great at their job. I feel comfortable when I come in and they do a fabulous job on whatever service you ask of them. I have been here three times for dip nails and have been very satisfied with them. For my recent visit, I brought my sister and my sister was torn between two shades of pink and the employee there kindly helped her to choose and her nails turned out beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised with the color I wanted because it was actually one that changes color based on temperature. How cool!!!! read more

I was very impressed with the wide selection of dip powders available here. My main salon doesn't have this great of a selection. I went here because it was on my way home from work and I was happy to pick this one because I love getting pink on my nails and they have plenty to choose from. I gave 4 stars because it is a little run down and probably needs a renovation soon. The chairs were ripped and it was a little dusty, but I was happy with my nails as a result. read more

The rest of my nails the gel is lifting. $60 wasted *** update I went back they fixed only the broken nail & added glue to the rest of the nails that were lifting for no charge. First off: CASH ACCEPTED ONLY (apparently). Despite what they say here, on their door, and the sign on the wall that says $15 minimum for credit card payments they don't want your card. I had a bizarre and awkward experience here and won't be back because of it. My mani-pedi started off well enough. The woman doing my nails was sweet and friendly, as most of the women there are. After my pedicure and prep for the manicure they asked if I would like to pay. I pulled out my card and the woman said something in Vietnamese to another women, who appears to be the owner possibly, and then tells me to go talk to her (while she is performing a pedicure). I walk over and she says "Do you have cash?" I responded no, I didn't. She stared awkwardly at me for awhile then said "you can go to ATM!" I was so shocked, I stuttered out "uhhh where?" Wawa, she responded and then I asked if she would like me to go right then and there, and she said no, don't worry, you can go after. So they finished up and I had no option but to run to the ATM, take out money, and then come back to pay. How awkward. I don't mind if they accept cash only, but take down the credit card signs and don't make your customers run to an ATM down the road just so they can pay in cash. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, I won't be back to this one. read more

Worst quality manicure I've ever had. Got a full set as I always had before COVID, and within days they were lifting from the nail at the cuticle. My hair keeps getting caught, the nails are flimsy, and within a week one already broke with almost no force. Not to mention I probably caught COVID just being in there. Wants everyone to sign a waiver with pens that we're not sanitized and just sitting there. No temperature checks, and gel sample sticks were obviously not sanitized between customers. Also watched my manicurist touch the salon phone with a gloved hand, and soon after they were off her hands, pick up that same phone with no thought. Also, I waited almost an hour after my appointment time that I had for two weeks already, for them to even start my full set. These aren't even able to be refilled, I'm going to have to pay for a brand new set. At a different salon. read more

I made an appointment and they took me right on time. To save time, I soaked off my polish at home the night before. Thank God I did! I was there for close to an hour! I've been going here since last November and love this place! The manicurists are quick, efficient, and friendly. They even remember my name, which is so nice to hear knowing that they see so many clients throughout the week! The pricing is reasonable (remember to tip in cash), and they have perfected the gel mani. I usually pay $25. The salon is also very clean. Seriously, they get the gel to lay perfectly flat in thin coats, they don't file your nail before applying it, and they have a very large selection of colors and formulas. I have been to Christy's Nails on a few occasions for pedicures only and have been very happy with the service. The salon is very clean and the staff members are super friendly. There is an extensive collection of colors to choose from ranging from regular nail polish to gel colors. A regular pedicure is $25 but there are other pedicures available that go all the way up to $45 if you feel like indulging. My favorite parts of the pedicure were the foot/leg massage and when the technician draped a hot towel over my legs and feet. Ahh...pure bliss! As my nail technician walked me over to the drying station, she finished my pedicure with a few drops of OPI drip dry. I use this when I give myself manis and pedis at home and it really helps make your polish last! Great addition to the service. Walk-ins are welcome and the wait is never that long. read more

I was pressed for time so instead of going to my usual nail salon, I decided to check this place out for a simple manicure/pedicure based on the 4-star status. Never again! The "manicure" was a mess. My cuticles weren't even touched and the edges were left messy with nail polish. I thought the pedicure would at least be better...nope! Rubbing soap on my foot with a brush does not make it a pedicure. Again my cuticles weren't touched and it took 2 people to finish my pedicure. To top it off, my nail polish on both my hands and feet began to form bubbles (watered down much?) and completely came off by the next day! While I was there a woman who had just finished her pedicure walked right back in after leaving because her nail polish was coming off in the parking lot! No wonder the salon wasn't packed and there was no wait time Only reason I give this place one star is because the staff was actually nice. Waste of $35! read more
