I no longer do business with these McDonald's stores…read more The owner also owns the store in Monticello too, and it is just as horrible as the West side Logansport location. They have horrible service, and can't get anything specialty made correctly. I have had one issue after another, and even contacted McDonald's corporate, and then the Owner of the stores himself, and got some feel meal tickets. In redeeming the 3 or 4 free meals I got, they messed those up too, and provided Horrible service. I'm finished with any of our local McDonald's locations. They will not get any more of my money. Last straw was arguing over giving me the special they had on the sign out front, and they refused to do it. Walked outside and looked, then offered to give it, I said No Thanks, and have Not been back. Won't be back Ever !!
