Truth in advertising: when they say 'wing', they mean entire wings, not either drumsticks or flats the way many US chains advertise. Side dish were Amarillos (fried sweet plantains.) Service was good: one waitress took care of our table of fourteen as well as several other nearby tables, repeatedly visiting to get drink orders, clear dishes and generally take good care of us. Ambiance is Latin cafe: loud, friendly. I think four people celebrated birthdays while we were there with loud singing and percussion from the staff and firework-festooned desserts.
