I'm pretty sure it was entraña, and it was some of the best steak I had on the trip. For dessert, I had the coconut flan, and it was SO good. Definitely my favorite way to end the meal. Puerto Rico is expensive, and I'd consider this mid-level pricey, but compared to some of our meals in San Juan, this one felt worth it.
