I loved the gravy on the poutine, it was the right consistency and full of flavor. Cheese curds were fresh and made the squishy sound against my teeth and the fries were just soft enough without being soggy. Solid poutine! I also loved their hotdogs! Their all dressed hotdogs had a chunky mustard onion topping, which I really liked. Buns were buttery and toasted rather than steamed. I only ordered one but should have ordered three, they were great. Overall I really loved the vibe in this place, food came quickly and there were lots of places to sit. I did find the portions to be a bit small though. I wouldn't drive to Granby just for this place but if you are heading to the Eastern Townships or are in the area, it's worth stopping by!

Despite being busy our food was brought to our table in a decent amount of time. Slower than you'd expect for fast food but not super slow. No issues food wise as it came out hot. Overall a McDonalds worth stopping at when you are on a long trip and don't have more time for better options.

My cheeseburger was great, my daughter's tenders were spot on, and - as always - the root beer was amazing. The "retro" decor is a lot of fun. We enjoyed the pictures of the old times and the menu sign from the 1960s. We look forward to returning next year. This is the last McDonald's on the way to Canada via I-87 or the first one in the US on the way out of Canada. For that reason it is fairly busy. I stopped here on a trip home from Quebec City and first went inside to order. However, it was quite busy and not looking too fast. So I went back out and used the drive through, which was fairly quick. My advice is to use the drive through even if you want to eat at the restaurant.

We politely told this "Karen type" woman we were almost finished eating and would move when we were finished. She immediately started yelling at us, saying quote "that's not how we do things here in America" while looking directly at our Quebec Canada license plates. She then took a picture of our car's plates and said she was going to cal the police. I am an American attorney and took great offense to such clearly ethnically motivated hatred and racism directed at Canadians. My Canadian wife and I have purchased from this McDonalds over 100 times in the past because of its close location just off the NY Thruway Rte 87, last exit to the Canadian border. This arrogant behavior by an American company and employee is exactly why Canadians are effectively boycotting America. I don't plan to ever purchase food from this place again. Shame on them!!!
