My wife and I have stopped here a couple of times on our way to Northern New York. It's a roughly half way point for us to take a break and grab a bite to eat. We stopped here just a couple days ago for our most recent trip. Overall everyone knows what to expect with a McDonalds and should not be expecting world class dining as that would be absurd. Both bathrooms were quite clean, at least more than we expected. It was a busy spot during our visit, we placed our order on one of their kiosks. Despite being busy our food was brought to our table in a decent amount of time. Slower than you'd expect for fast food but not super slow. No issues food wise as it came out hot. Overall a McDonalds worth stopping at when you are on a long trip and don't have more time for better options. read more

Twice I've set up interviews and the manager hasn't even shown up.I waste my time and money for nothing but rude assed employees and a very incompetent manager who can't even do her job to interview. I have half a mind to report to the better business bureau and have reported the situation to the customer service website.If this is the kind of leadership they're going to have they're losing my households business for life. read more

This place has some pretty nice staff. Just the lady taking our order had a bit of an attitude but it's okay. The food was good. ur the chicken nuggets weren't as crispy as usual. Fries were good but some were overcooked. my mcflurry wasn't filled all the way?? I got drive through so i couldn't see inside but the outside of the restaurant was nice. The wait was about 5 minutes for food. but $31 is ridiculous. read more

Once again, another review. So get this, my friends and I wanted a nice night out! We went to the movies and ended the night with some McDonald's, 3 of us ordered happy meals and wanted a toy croc with it. We weren't waiting inside for long for our food, yet to our surprise we were unfortunately missing our toy crocs in all of our happy meals. While we were eating inside a group of girls came into the building, I thought nothing of it! Until they starting to scream the p word! (Penis). It's fine as long as you're willing to wait. It takes 5-10 minutes for your order and if you want a drink refill it's 10-20 minutes. I'm not sure if this is intentional to discourage customers and save them a few pennies or if they just don't have a good process for it. I got tired of waiting this last time and just left. Someone legit stole my nuggets or something else every time something is missing. Would not recommend

I swear it is just ridiculous. So, probably once a month my kids ask for McDonald's. I work in Morrisville, so I will grab it on the way home and I live in Johnson - Usually they'll forget the sauce so I always check for that. Tonight I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, a 4 piece nugget happy meal, and a crispy chicken sandwich. They did forget sauce, which I immediately checked for - I get home, and they forgot the 10 piece nugget. An $11 meal - so they gave me the fries and drink to the meal but not the nuggets. Sure, it's only 13 mins away however by the time I got back there, it's the point. Like how do you forget an entire Main piece of the meal? Not impressed. At all. ‍‍ I'd I forget something at my job, it could result in a lot of money lost for the business or customer - Frozen houses, no heat situations, etc. So I feel like the staff either isn't trained properly, or they simply just don't care. read more

McDonald's - AUG2015 - Fast Food Near Me - Morrisville, Vermont

My friend Jack has 6 fingers on each hand and often takes part in french fry eating contests. He is really quick at picking up the fries because his extra finger gives him an advantage. He was competing in Hyde Park so we came here first to practice and make sure he was on his game. I was drinking a milkshake and watching him eat fries so fast but then he accidentally bit off one of his extra fingers. The manager was really nice and said she would call the ambulance but we decided to just go to the contest - I mean surely having 6 fingers on one had would still offer an advantage... But no! Now Jack really is bad at eating fries and had to just get the other finger removed so now he is just a normal guy with 5 fingers on each hand and a very average eating speed.... read more

The service is slowly starting to improve with the time of experience. Food was hot this morning (12/3/2020). And the drive thru has gotten a lot faster with service in the morning. Lunch and dinner times are still slower than the others. But over all not terrible. The food is hot and usually semi-fresh. MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR!!! Sometimes they give you the wrong food or they don't add the extras you ask for. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT. read more

I have never, ever been to a McDonalds that has a shake machine that is broken many times a month. If you can't afford a new machine please put up a sign telling us so we don't keep going to your shop expecting normal McD service. This has been going on for at least 8 months. This morning I came here and mobile ordered 2 sausage burritos and 2 hashbrowns for breakfast. They forgot one of my hashbrowns so I went inside to get it. I waited for someone to approach me before saying what was wrong. This lady decided to talk to the customers behind me instead of me who was there first. She told them to use faster payment and walked away. She then said they were short staffed. She came over and I told her I was missing a hashbrown, she walked away and I ended up getting it later on. I asked for her name and it wasn't given. I did let her know that it was rude and I would be letting someone know. As someone who worked in fast food I know what it's like to be short staffed. As a former shift leader, I also know what it's like to give proper customer service. At the time of this conflict they weren't busy. I expect proper customer service from an adult. Along with the fact I come here a lot and they have forgotten things before. This was not okay and I hope no one else gets attitude like this. read more

Fast food restaurants don't come with high expectations of service and cleanliness, but this place lowers the bar to rock bottom. The dining area is usually so full of flies that one has to wave them away with one hand and eat with the other. The last straw came today; the entire place had a strong smell of vomit. The smell supposedly came from a drink machine, but that didn't make it easier to take. I would recommend steering clear of this sty. read more

Pay attention to what you're paying for your food. The McDs cash register is charging .10 more than the price advertised on the drive-through board for an Egg McMuffin. I have alerted the employees several times about this and was told the manager knows, but nothing has changed. It doesn't sound like a lot, but how many other items are they overcharging for? My family has eaten at the Morrisville Vermont McDonalds often over the last ten years. However we wont be going there again. They employ a thief who stole money from a 12yr old girl who is trying hard to save money to buy a good laptop so she can work on the animation and graphic designs she loves and hopes to make her career. She sold some of her stuffed animal webkinz which she loved and had 80 dollars in her little wallet. I made the bad decision to take her to Mc Donald's as a treat for working so hard to earn the money for her laptop. Her wallet must have fallen out of her pocket and was left there. Thankfully someone honest found it and turned it in and my cell number was in it so they called. I was very grateful and went to pick it up and that is when it all went to hell. It took 3 weeks to track down Manager Chris who apparently is the only person who could go into the safe. Finally after many phone calls, many visits and many notes left we caught him there. He never bothered to return any of the calls. He told me that "he had given it to the Morrisville police as it is the policy". Ok great but odd because they knew very well we were trying to get it and said it was in the safe. Anyway off to Morrisville Police. They were wonderful and did everything they could to see if they had it. Well they have no record of any calls from McDs regarding lost property, they have no record of an officer going there to pick it up and they have no entry into the evidence book which is what would be done. Long story short they never were called and never picked up the wallet. So back to McDs where manager Chris changes his story and now says he had put it in the safe and when he came into work it was not there so he assumed it was given to the police. Wait! He had told me HE called the police to come pick it up? He is also supposed to be the only person who can access the safe so how did it get out? He basically told me there was nothing he could do and smirked at me when I told him how wrong this was. My daughter is just so upset and while it is about the money as she sold some of her favorite animals to get that money it is more about her losing faith in people. She believes there is good in everyone and now that is gone. Someone that works at the Morrisville Vermont Mc Donald's knowingly stole 80 dollars from a little girl! So if you go into this place keep an eye on your things because even though most local people are very honest the Manager is not! read more
