I've interacted with a LOT of restaurant employees at many restaurants in many states, and I've never met someone as friendly, hard working, and just all around fun to be around as her, Erie, your store has a real gem, and next time I'm in the area, definitely stopping in. (And that's coming from someone who detoured off I90 to this mall once before with the sole purpose of getting Primanti Bros). As much as I love my new, local Lexington store it will not be the same without her and the rest of the training crew here. The crispy cauliflower with the jar sweet chili sauce was probably the best thing we did have. You can get brunch all day so, I ordered the hipster toast, and I was pictured cat fished. Mine was nothing like the picture, although I appreciate they didn't build the toast for take out and allowed me to do that myself. Still, there was maybe 7 little little cubes of avocado, no pickled onions, no spiced pecans, no parmesan cheese. What I did get was a piece of toast with goat cheese, then a box of arugula, 7 pieces of small small avocado, candied bacon pieces, radishes and heirloom tomatoes. Basically a 17 plus salad on bread. Totally a waste and not worth it. I will say though, the cilantro lime vinaigrette was delicious. But spending over 90 bucks and only enjoying a vingerette and cauliflower, won't have be coming back.
