Third course, we all had different ribs. My Maui Maui ribs, just as I thought, light and sweet and seasoned with a nice pop of hot green. Auntie ate almost all her half rack of dried rub ribs. Filled up, she took some home. I haven't asked my boyfriend about his sweet ribs, but let me guess how tasty they were. ( I meant his meal.) Getting bread about 10 minutes after also was a bit disheartening, but the food was absolutely worth the wait. Overall - maybe I'd come back on a less busy day, or I just felt a huge amount of variance that day. The side salad was fresh but simple and refreshing with a mix of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and dressing of your choice. This salad was included with the entree orders. Although staff were friendly, service was slower than expected, and all of our food came out at the same time with the cheesy sticks then the entree then our salad.
