. I bought a truck from here and it broke down the next day. Got it fixed about 2 1/2 weeks later, when i got the truck back it broke down again. I got a lawyer and i guess the owner got pissed off that i did that. The first payment came around and i did not pay it, so the owner repossessed my truck. He will not let me pay to get it back. So he kept my 2 thousand dollars i put down on the truck, now he is going to sell it and sue me for the deficiency and put it on my credit report. He also kept all my belongings that were inside along with my mail. If you have bought a vehicle from this place and had problems, report him to the better business bureau. This dealership is the worst ever!!! They ask for $4k down payment on almost every damn car!!! My husband bought a truck from them back in 2012 it broke down within two weeks, truck had to be towed to the mechanic and since we needed it and they were giving us the runaround, we payed to get it repaired. They first agreed to pay for the repairs and the towing charges, as soon as the 30 day period that they give to return the vehicle passed, they just acted stupid and never paid for anything. Then months later and after us warning my brother not to buy from them, he decided to ignore us and bought a jeep from them and guess what?! Yes the stupid jeep broke down the next week, they were doing exaclty the same thing that they did to us, except he didn't let himself and he literally FORCED THEM to pay for the repairs. These guys are all nice and friendly when you have money to give but when I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee I had mentioned it had small chips in the windshield and noted it on the contract. Alfonso is the one I delt with. He promised me he'd get it fixed, when it came down to it I made a appointment with him to replace the windshield he bs'd me. Then he wanted me to take time out of my day again to chase his guy to fix it. I told the finance company I wasn't happy till my windshield got replace. I ended up getting the windshield replaced and Alfonso told me they'll pay for it just bring him the receipt. My car has rain sensors and a camera the wind shield was expensive and when I go to the dealership he says I'm only paying 150. After all the smiles and laughs he backs out on paying me the difference the windshield was close to $500! Went to this spot to test drive a vehicle, the secretary had a bitchy attitude & complained saying that 20 minutes was too long of a test drive, who in their right mind decides to drop over 20k In less than 20 minutes. Then without even having checked our credit they were pressuring us to leave a deposit. After we left the dealer the person that went with us and stayed while we did the test drive said that the manager said that if we took longer than 20 minutes they were going to call the police and report the vehicle stolen. This place has bad customer service, they come across as desperate, they seem fishy. I already had a bad experience with former ask auto sales, and don't trust any of these car dealers. these guys suck, they lie and rip you off. i had a truck that i got from them,i had it for 1 year and it broke down many times ,i spend around 4000 $ to get it running ok... work got slow so i could"nt pay for 2 months. i called to tell them that and they said they were ok...right after that a guy named mark shows up at my house claiming hes the owner of la playita ,he said the truck had a repo so thats why he came to help me out by taking the truck himself. he said by doing that i would'nt have to pay the repo man and that he would also drope the monthly payments ,. he said just bring 900$ for the 2 months tomorrow ,.so i borrowed 900.well next day i showed up at the dealer and there is no truck and no mark and they said if i wanted the truck i needed 2500 $ it turns out mark was the damm repo man and they just wanted the truck ..they wouldnt give any of my stuff that i left in the truck.. anyways i lost a lot of money for believing in these idiots..please dont ever get a car from here. read more
