I spoke with Rick and all he needed from me was to send pictures and pick the color of my choice for what I preferred for the new resurfacing! When the next day came the movers were right on time and handled everything fast and efficient! Unknown to us, you have to disassemble the table, which takes 2-3 hours, then you have to load it for the move, then it has to be unloaded and reassembled and leveled. The pool table needed to have have three pockets repaired and to be connected to the ball return channels. All of that was done perfectly. All told, it was an 8-hour job from beginning to end. The $700 price was extremely reasonable for all the time and work that was involved.

Booked an appointment via yelp about a week out. Mike and his brother came through on a Saturday morning. I was a little anxious to see how they'd manage this since there wasn't too much room to maneuver. But they made it look easy. These two men are strong as heck man! They were able to flip the tub on its side. And with some pullies and heavy duty tarp underneath, they were able to push and pull the tub out and place it safely. The whole job took about 20 minutes or so. Mike's price was very competitive compared to the other quotes I received. I fully recommend this family-run business for your hot tub moving needs!

They hauled out two truckloads of our stuff in a few hours, and got us the donation receipt within about a week. I particularly appreciate that this company has a relationship with Ecumenical Hunger Program and donates there; and they seem to have ties to others in the community who need items as well. The 4 rather than 5 stars reflects the inaccuracy of their estimate. Their rep provided the estimate after visiting our house in person to see what we were asking them to haul, but when the day came the amount of truck space needed - and the cost - were nearly double the estimate. I knew there was likely going to be a problem when they guys pulled up and asked, "what can we do for you today?" as opposed to having the estimate in hand and knowing exactly what we'd requested and they'd estimated.

When no one arrived and I received no communication, I called the company around 12:00 PM for an update. After waiting for a callback, I finally heard from someone around 12:20 PM, who informed me the crew was running behind and would now arrive between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. At 2:30 PM, I received another call saying they would arrive within half an hour. Then, at 3:00 PM, I was called again and asked if I could simply reschedule my move for the following day. That was not an option, and I declined. A replacement truck finally arrived around 3:45 PM. To make matters worse, I was originally quoted and scheduled for three movers, but only two arrived. My original estimate was 3.5 hours, and that estimate was based on moving more furniture than I ultimately needed moved. Despite having less to move, I was immediately told the job would take longer. The movers were also completely unprepared to move my refrigerator, washer, and dryer. They struggled throughout the move, damaged one of our doors, and appeared disorganized. One mover seemed very inexperienced, while the other appeared frustrated and disengaged the entire time. As I am writing this, it is 6:12 PM, and we are still not completely moved out of our old place. Because of your company's delays, poor planning, and lack of preparation, I am now being forced to pay for additional moving time that I should not be responsible for. To make matters even worse, when I attempted to contact the company using the phone number I was provided, no one answered and the voicemail box was full. I also sent a text message that was marked as read, but no one responded. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I booked this move expecting a professional, organized service. Instead, I experienced hours of delays, poor communication, inadequate staffing, damaged property, and a level of unpreparedness that has directly increased both my moving costs and my stress. I expect to be contacted promptly regarding this matter and believe I should be fairly compensated for the unnecessary delays, the additional charges caused by your company's failures, and the damage to my property.
