We were initially told the process would take 3-4 hours and ended up turning into 8, due to our table needing the extra attention, from it being outside all of its life. Hace is a pro, no doubt. He claims 25Yrs experience. His adult son, assisted Hace in the install. Job took about 4 hours. Install was smooth and the communication between them was mainly focused on the table, without very little chatter. They worked good together. They lay out moving blankets to put all their things on, no shortage of things needed to recover a table. He leveled it, and gave me praise for the good job I did leveling the table. Other than color of cloth, there weren't any other choices available other than Simonis, which is mainly a nylon cloth and very expensive. also very fast. The one he uses is of fine quality though. Has Teflon in it for stains I guess. Although not too many choices, this felt is better than the last I had. I am very happy from start to finish. It's a great cloth! They were clean and wore masks without having to ask. They serve a very wide area in and around the LA Area. Since the color is different than my old cloth, He gave me a box of chalk, Then it dawned on me, I forgot to buy chalk of the new color. The chalk was really icing on the cake. They did their job as a team, just so happens to be a true father and son team. read more

My wife and I have been searching for a pool table for a while now and I found a nice seemed to be an antique table the perfect size for our home at a reasonable price. I thought I would give it a shot and called Hace and meet up with him and his son after talking to him on the phone , I was just so surprised he was so kind and professional over the phone it almost seemed unreal in today's times lol after meeting him in person out in Monrovia at his home I was still very much impressed at his demeanor and he explained how the whole process would work and how it was going to be installed since him and his Son were the ones going to deliver it . After arriving at my home a couple days later with the pool table he continued to be very cautious about were the table was going to be built and was there enough space for clearance to play after installation. Hace is an amazing and honest and reliable person , he is so particular at he's work and time is not of essence on his calendar , he didn't just drop it off and put a couple pieces of wood for the balancing instead it took him 4 hours for the complete installation and did not charge us a penny more than the agreed upon price . As far as I'm concern he just made another family happy !!! I love my pool table and the work he did , he also allowed me to chose the felt color we wanted to go on top of the table !!!
