I called numerous times. Calls never returned. Lady was rude from day one when I placed the order. This should have been my cue to run. Plenty of businesses out there that cater to customers. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They RUINED my grandmothers funeral! It has been months and I have yet to even receive an apology. What a terrible thing to do to someone in the worst moments of their lives. I reached out via email on June 21 to inquire about a beautiful casket spray, two standing sprays, and two arrangements. I was promptly replied to. My email at 12:47pm PST the same day confirmed the address, date, and time the order needed to be delivered (9am). A few days passed before I received an accurate invoice for the arrangements and it was promptly paid via phone with Niki, Christina's assistant. I was under the impression all was well as I received no further contact; however, when I arrived at my grandmother's funeral at 10:45am on Monday there were no flowers. At first, I thought maybe the flowers had yet to be displayed as we started the service with a viewing, but I soon discovered that was not the case. No one on church staff had received any flowers. I called the business at 10:59am to inquire about delivery. I, unfortunately, did not obtain the woman's name who answered the phone. She first informed me she did not have an order on file under my name. She repeated this multiple times until I asked her to use the invoice number. Once discovered, she read the information stating delivery was to be at 9am then informed me the delivery driver was probably out to deliver now and put me on "hold" to call them. I was not on hold as she called the delivery driver. I overheard the discussion in which she asked if they were headed to the street my order was supposed to be delivered to and sounded very concerned when the driver said no. She asked again, repeating the full delivery address to which the diver again said no. The woman returned to the phone and asked to call me back momentarily as she wanted to check "in the back" and see what was going on with my order. I missed her first return call, at 11:06am and promptly called back. We spoke for the second time at 11:08am when she informed me the team was still making my arrangement because there was no delivery time on the order, despite her earlier confirmation there was indeed a delivery time somewhere in the system. She stated the soonest an arrangement could be delivered was in a few hours. Too bad this conversation was occurring 10 minutes into the scheduled start of my grandmother's funeral. Imagine my shock. As a floral business, I'm sure they understand the nature of funerals. They bring up all types of emotions and unearthed issues. For me to take care of my mental health, I purposely took a step back from the planning of this funeral - only asking my family that I be allowed to make the floral arrangements. Flowers have always been the way my grandmother and I communicated the love we have for one another. She raised me and would always say "give me my flowers while I can still smell them". In the last three years, I've learned to make floral arrangements to ensure she had weekly flowers at her bedside while she battled lung cancer and dementia. To be able to do this for her, to ensure her goodbye was beautifully draped with flowers meant everything to me. Their callous mistake of not delivering the arrangements ruined that for me. As customary in my grandmother's church, two grandchildren had to close her casket after the viewing, before the service could begin. The image of the barren casket I had to close will forever haunt me. Their mistake stole a moment from me that I will never get back. I will never be able to say goodbye to my grandmother in the style I imagined because of them. What's worse? I haven't gotten a single apology after months of emailing them privately. I placed an order for Valentines Day for my Mother back in January for Friday February 13th delivery . I let them know the delivery needed to be before 5 pm because my Mother is very sick and her caretaker puts her to bed at 6pm . Spoke to Tom at La Premier and he said he would get it done . At 4 pm nothing had arrived so I called again was told they would put it in an Uber and get it to me ASAP . Nothing ever came so I called Tom again and he said a driver delivered them but when I checked with security nothing had arrived . Called Tom again ... his reply was that the driver delivered them and they were accepted at a wrong address !!!! Now I have NO flowers for my dying Mother .... They cant deliver flowers now for Valentines Day because they are to busy that day to get it to my Mom before 5 pm. This is the worst experience I've had with a flower shop. My birthday flowers were delivered this morning but the delivery guy didn't ring the bell and literally dumped this heavy vase at our front door and left. I had a surgery and could barely move and now I had this vase to move. Then when I called, instead of rectifying the situation they told me they would pick up the flowers. This was at 11:00 am now it's 4:30 and no one came to pick up the flowers. In addition, they misspelled my name on the card. Very disappointing! I ordered sympathy flowers and the order that was delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered and the company tried to defend what they sent. The picture on their site has beautiful modern unique flowers and what was sent was roses and lilies, not at all what I ordered and spent almost $100 for. Rip off scam! 2 days later... They are truly an awful company!! After several rude emails and offering me a partial refund I got an email today saying they are going to pick up the sympathy flowers since they are giving me refund that i never asked for, when i called to say that I don't want the refund if they are going to pick them up the owner screamed at me on the phone before i could say anything and he said he was going to embarrass me and pick them up, he called me a bitch numerous times and said I smelled bad among other things, I tired to have a normal conversation but he kept screaming at me and said he called the cops and how long did i want to go to jail for. I'm very disappointed and don't know what kind of business you guys run here. I was waiting for flower delivery all day yesterday. The florist never contacted my boyfriend that they cannot deliver on requested date. After 5pm my boyfriend called them and they only apologized and promised to deliver today at 9am. It is now 10:38am and still no flower delivery. They didn't offer my boyfriend refund, discount, or more flowers to make up for their mistake. Nothing at all. I always order and recommend everyone to order from Bloomnation but not anymore. Neither is taking the responsibility of this delivery. I don't recommend ordering flowers from this place. read more

Was honestly really skeptical from seeing the multiple bad reviews especially with people using groupon and bloomnation. But the flowers I received exceeded my expectations! They were STUNNING and my mom loved them! I did a $20 upgrade than the basic arrangement for better quality flowers and I'm so glad I did because the flowers looked great and still do 2 days later! I had a little trouble getting a hold of them through the phone, but I eventually did and everything after that went smoothly! The flowers were delivered in the estimated time frame with no issues. I would appreciate a pick up option since I don't like in the LA area. I also wish they had more options with the round hat box floral arrangements, but regardless I would order from them again! read more

BUYER BEWARE...SO DISAPPOINTED!! WTH has happened to this establishment?? Have used LA Premier in the past for flower arrangement delivery, and was very happy with their service, so naturally I decided to give them more business for a co-worker's work anniversary. I ordered online through their website 2 days in advance and asked for delivery to be made before noon as the co-worker was planning to leave work early. I received the most beautiful orchid arrangement sent from a friend - it was truly a gorgeous three stem Phalaenopsis with beautiful bright green mounded moss, perfectly placed grey succulents and glossy leaves in a glass container lined with tiny white pebbles - and their card enclosure was equally pretty in how it complimented the arrangement. Called in to get a delivery but never spoke to someone who was so rude. As I was giving my information, the lady on the phone around 5 49 pacific was constantly telling me I'm waiting, I'm waiting. Never met someone so impatient and rude ever when I'm giving you my business. Note to manager: hire proper staff who aren't rude, don't talk down to people, and learn how to treat people with respect. I've had a few occasion on which I've been in need of flowers and for the most part, La Premiere has never let me down and has been my GO TO place for flora. They have a lovely assortment of flowers and the like...all is WONDERFUL condition...no brown petals or the like. And the staff is quite friendly and accommodating... One day I went in and just wanted some fresh, fragrant flowers for my living room and seeing as Stargazer Lilies are my absolute fave...I went for them right off the bat. The young gent working there threw in a whole bunch of extra stems and no cost and off I went. They last far over a week and my my home smell are sorts of yummy. We just went this past weekend to get a corsage and boutonniere for the Yelp Prom...went in around 4pm in the afternoon on a Friday and it was ready by 9am the next morning. My only fault on this trip is that we brought my hot pink clutch bag to MATCH the flowers specifically and they gave us the choice or roses or orchids at $15 for the boutonniere and $25 for the corsage...we went with the orchids. Unfortunately when we picked them up they were WHITE and there was no time to remake them as they were preparing for a wedding. Just an "Oops" and they charged us the same. I kind of thought they should've given us at least a discount considering we weren't even WEARING white...but oh well. All in all it's a great little store and I'd recommend checking it out if you're in need a good bouquet! read more

I have been meaning to update my review since Xmas 2013, but just got around to it. I am happy to report that La Premier's management made an excellent decision to replace their unhelpful customer service personnel and hired the very best customer service dept manager - David Wynn. He contacted me after reading my negative review which I ignored until a year later. During Xmas and holiday season, I placed a couple of orders over the phone and via email. The experience was night and day. When my recipient was not reached, David worked with the driver to make sure the flower arrangement was left in a safe spot then followed up with me after 6:30pm (which I assume is his off-hour). Since then, I've referred them to my friends who went back and ordered a few arrangements themselves. The orchid arrangements from LA Premier are bar none the best in Los Angeles. (NOTE: The purple orchids they have right now are out of this world beautiful. Give it a try, if you're into orchids. They are very unique and will liven up your living space.) I also noticed today that they had revamped the online ordering process (they have a great website outsourced to BloomNation, making everything easy) which I took advantage of for V-day exactly 2 years after my horrendous online/offline customer experience. Here's hoping that the online ordering process works as beautifully without David's personal touch. Then, I'll be convinced that LA Premier really turned its operation around. LA Premier did the florals for the Emmys Governors Ball several years in a row, and each year, they were spectacular. I've seen other florists lavish attention only on their high profile clients and then completely disregard the smaller, single occasion clientele. Not LA Premier. They're friendly and professional to everyone, AND their arrangements are beautiful and appropriate for a variety of events, from a red carpet gala to a small dinner party to a friend's hospital stay. I think of them on every occasion that I need to send flowers. Chrissy helped me this last time, and the staff's creation was above and beyond expectations. LA Premier - Beautiful flower arrangement for my father's surgery recovery - Florists Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I started using LA Premier in the 90s. I used them 20 years ago for our wedding arrangements, so I ordered an arrangement of similar flowers for my wife on our 20th this week. When I got home my wife made no mention of receiving the flowers. I was mildly annoyed. I asked her the following day if there was something wrong with the flowers; she said, "What flowers?" I called LA Premier. After leaving a voicemail (unanswered) and several more attempts I was able to get through and was told that they attempted the deliver to my wife's office AFTER 6 PM. I was also told that I SHOULD HAVE indicated the time I wanted them to arrive. There is no field on the online order form regarding the time of arrival. No mention of delivery times at all. I was told I should use the special instructions field for that purpose next time and was offered a 10% refund. There won't be a next time. read more

LA Premier really came through with arrangements for our small wedding dinner at a nearby restaurant. The Restaurant (La Boheme) gave us four tables of 10, each with a nice candle. We didn't want a typical, overdone centerpiece to replace the candles on each table. La Boheme is a very romantic spot, with lots of reds and whites (especially in the dramatic chandeliers), and all we knew is that we wanted to stay with those colors and that the arrangements should be low (so they wouldn't block any faces across the table). The selection at LA Premier is stunning, but in our case, floral "basics" worked best. Red roses with white hydrangeas (snow balls), and just a touch of green. What stands out is the quality of the flowers, and the superb way in which they were arrainged in a series of small vases. Coming up with such an out-of-the-box concept is what I love about this place! We had four arrangements per table... two 3" cube shaped glass vases (roses & white hydrangeas), and two 2" votive candle holders used as small vases, with roses. The four small arrangments surrounded the candle. So instead of four ininspired centerpieces, we had 16 small and medium-small arrangements that looked striking and spectacular. Not only was the arrangement magnificently styled but the white roses lasted for 11 days! Unheard of for roses. They were high quality, fresh and beautiful. Clearly they want all the business they can get posting a deal on Groupon however that "deal" means you get poor customer service. It literally looks like a chop shop. No windows, no lot, no signs. Checked the website and apparently this is the "go to" celeb florist. Ah. I see. Maybe I didn't get Kevin's/LA Premier service because I'm not a celeb. I should've gone into acting if I had known that. 5. I would avoid this florist/business like you avoid dog shit on the sidewalk. In fact, I would rather step in dog shit than give this business my money ever again. Bloom nation seriously needs to reconsider their affiliation with this business. I wish yelp let me rate with dog shit instead of stars. If you like wasting time, if you enjoy being sent to voicemail, if getting shit on is your thing, and if you are all about getting scammed then this is the place for you because they are top notch. It's great to see Kevin Lee on tv on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but there's a reason he's there, he's absolutely the top designer in Beverly Hills and is in wild demand. OH! and btw, unlike some of the other florists Beverly Hills, They are actually friendly and helpful, and not the least bit snooty and insulting. I was searching for a floral shop that is famous/known for high-end floral arrangements and I came across 3 different businesses including LA Premiere Flowers! Naturally, I googled all 3 businesses and checked their websites. Not only did LA Premiere Floral excelled in website design but the floral arrangements were gorgeous and I didn't find the prices to be excessive as they were perfectly reasonable when you check the pictures. The attention to details and the variety of floral arrangements that were not exclusively flower based intrigued me to visit this shop on Mother's day! I was greeted by a wonderful lady " Barbra" who had a great energy! I selected the Mother's day special Flower arrangement which was beautiful and had a vase of full of water that made it heavy to carry! Unfortunately, as I was about to take from put in the car, the vase shattered and I was horrified! I went back to the shop and Barbra was wonderful, She came to the rescue and the team behind these arrangement where a man I believe his name is James managed to salvage the flowers and place them with care in another vase! They were wonderful and highly recommended and I will come again. read more
