I usually come here to utilize 'happy returns' when something I ordered didn't work out. After my more recent visit, things had gone well and I realized I never reviewed in the first place. Pretty sure Melissa had helped me out and although it's a fairly simple transaction, she was nice and informative where I knew my package would arrive safely to where it needed to go. When I had other questions pertaining to FedEx services, she was able to answer those as well (they don't do photo printing anymore but she was able to recommend places that still did). Terrible service!! The manager Nancy will ignore you. I had come to drop off 30+ packages and left my crate there because they told me it would be safe and I could pick it up later that day because they needed to work on the packages throughout the day. I believed them (big mistake) and left it there, I came back the same day and again the day after that and they had told me they can't find my item but will call once they do. They never called me, I had to call back for over 2 weeks just to get an answer from the manager that they threw my crate away but she would file a claim. 2 weeks later I am emailing her over and over again for this claim number that she clearly never submitted. I was so disappointed today at this Kinkos, where I have gone off and on for dozens of years, such a beautiful location, but so understaffed. The busy young Assistant Manager, Sandra, couldn't speak coherently. She talked too fast to grasp what sounded like defensive blabber. A simple "I'm so sorry" would have sufficed. And she needed to apologize for deliberately freezing my bank account without my permission. Sandra, the customer is always right. Have you never heard this saying? I just needed to print out two papers. Sandra took it upon herself to charge my debit card $25 that would then freeze this money in my bank account for 24 hours. I think that was incredibly stupid and impolite to not make sure I was okay with that. read more

Come here to print things quickly which has always been great, just make sure when shipping something that the agent is listening to your request. Was asked if i wanted Direct Signature Required for the deliver and I said no because knew the recipient would not be home to sign. The agent put Direct Signature Required anyways and I didn't bother checking the receipt for that trusting they knew what they were doing. Now I'm stuck trying to rectify this issue on my own calling automated services not human beings. Completely frustrating. read more

I use this FedEx location exclusively. Nancy is the manager she runs a tight ship customer service is far above what you will expect you're really made to feel important. One of the shining stars is Shaka he is amazing he takes such great care of you he is super professional polite courteous. He is a definite asset if I had a business where I could use an employee I would put him upfront. Overall the FedEx center here on Wilshire is above and beyond and as always with Federal Express they do not lose your packages unlike UPS. I highly highly recommend you try this location. read more

I used to come here ever since it was 24 hours and was called Kinko's. It used to be cool because in the past, people who worked there were also art college students or part time graphic designers and they were very helpful in making color prints or getting your prints just right. Technology is what it is and with more people doing more of the printing at home, gone went the one-on-one customer service. If you are coming here for prints or design, it is more DIY. They will provide the paper you need and you make the prints. Your files better be ready because editing and adjusting is pretty close to zero once you are on the printer. You will be charged for the print and the paper. As far as all the other services, they seem to focus more on the shipping. Oh and just because it is more self service doesn't mean they lack in customer service. They were cool and friendly and helped as much as you can, but if you are here as a creative, it more so lies on you. read more

This Fedex office is not one of my "go to's" because it is a little further than the one on Santa Monica Blvd by Rite Aid. However, this is one of the Fedex offices in the area with the longest open hours (from 6am to 12 am). I guess most people are asleep from 12 midnight to 6 am, so if you really needed to go, then there's the Westwood one that is 24 hours. Since this store is on the same route as to LA fitness, so I decided to stop by at exactly 6 AM before I go work out in the morning. I needed to ship documents internationally to somewhere in Central America (Costa Rica to be exact) and boy, is Fedex FAST!! My letter package weighted 12 ounces would take only 2 days to get to it's destination ....WOW, yes, just 2 days. The absolute fastest way for the US postal express priority will take 5 working days (just fyi for comparison). So yes, for a whopping $116, I can get it there in 2 days...YAY!! So, If you need to send something somewhere fast internationally, Fedex is the way to go. Oh BTW, at 6 AM, there was no one in the store and parking lot in the back is free with plenty of spaces. I can't speak for the rest of the hours, but if you're an early bird, and you need to ship FAST, come here to ship. This is the 2nd FedEx Office I've been to in one day and I have 1 word for both of them: EX-PEN-SIVE. $24/hr for computer time and $.99 for color copies??? Am I stuck in 1998 or something because that is steep. The only plus that I can see giving this place is for the self-service aspect at the computers. The parking at this location is a joke. There were cars just parked smack in the middle of the lot, but being as this was Beverly Hills, I could swear I saw a valet attendant. If you can, go somewhere else, but if you must fork out the dough, I suppose this is the place to come to for all things convenient but pricey. read more

I live in the apartment building next to this fedex. There is a spot that is besides the apartment trash can. My apartment complex does not have a parking structure. So we have to park on the street. The spot that is besides the trash can is public space and anyone can park there regardless or not if you live in the area. A worker from fedex would not allow me to park there. She claimed that it was fedex property. I had just gotten out of my car and my hands were filled with trash. The worker proceeded to yell at me "move your car now!". I am a young adult and I told her to wait up because I had to throw away my trash. She told me again to move my car. Once I got into my car she proceeded to get into her car and park in the space that I was in. It's absurd that the local community can't even park in available PUBLIC SPACES because a worker from THIS FEDEX decided to be selfish and yell at me over a parking spot. read more

Made it inside, with a couple minutes to spare till they closed. Of all the FEDEX locations I have been to I like this one the best. High ceilings, spacious, roomy, though heard from other customers the computers were not working right that evening. So they had to go down the street towards Mid-Wilshire to a location that is open 24/7. Or take their chances that it would be fixed soon and return the next day. The man who serviced me was very supportive. He put a clear cover, with a black backing and spiral bound my paperwork so it looked very professional. It worked marvelously and now I look forward to getting a raise! read more

Glenn that works here is a gem of an employee. I had an issue with a print job at another location that didn't have the same printing capabilities. So I came to this Wilshire location and he helped me get a refund for the problem order and then reprinted the job and got it right. My only complaint here is the ridiculous parking situation.
