Usually would come here with my MIL and her friend to get pedicures done but I always want some manicure work done as well since my nails are pretty sad looking from the all day parenting life. The last service that I got done was for my manicure to fill the remaining on the set since my nails are growing so quick, and got some nail art done (this time will h some bluebonnets for spring) Kimberly did an amazing job! She is a a talented nail artist! You can also get whatever drinks you want to drink from their menu on the house as you get pampered, love it! Will be back soon! Parking: plenty during the times I've gone! Price wise for services, I feel are pretty fair for what you get done! Nail art is about $10 extra on top of whatever services you want done. read more

I have gone to LaRose nail salon several times and had decent service, but this last time I was pretty disappointed. Don't get me wrong, there are some good techs there, but the last few times I was with Cindy. I told her I had dipped nails (she did them last time!). She told me "no, not dipped". I always soak them off and get new ones applied. She told me she would fill them instead. I didn't really want to do that as I've never done it before, but she talked me into it. When I asked her to give me French Tips, she used shellac... not what I asked for at all! And, to top it off, it ended up costing me more than I usually pay! If you decide to go in, tell them not to send you to Cindy!! Also...there is not a pricing sign anywhere, so you never know what you will be paying! read more

It's a good spot for boerne texas! Good prices the only thing i dislike is they all talk crap about the people who they're working on and yes i know this to be true because i used my airpods to listen to them talking about us and heard everything they were saying. The pedicure was also so fast for $45 that i was disappointed with.Some employees were quick to make you choose a color which i didn't like as im paying money for the service and should have time to pick the color until there ready to paint my nails and not feel pressured to pick. The prices are good for nail designs though, but my lady was unexperienced with the cat eye that i asked for to which they turned out okayish . I do realize this is Bernie Texas and it's not a huge city read more

Nails that were done were beautiful! I had three gift certificates that had been given to me. They would only allow me to use one. How does that make sense? They were paid for and I can only use them one at a time. They are not coupons. I'm so disappointed! read more

Stopped here Sunday to get my nails done for a trip and brought my daughter. Place was very clean, mostly full and seemed like a good choice. My tech was nice and my daughters was just mean; you could tell she was displeased with getting a child. A child who sat mostly still and was very respectful, I will add. Unfortunately, I won't be back. It felt like a factory and not a "spa" experience. We were rushed to the point my daughter's nails got one coat of paint and half of one hand chipped off by the end of the night, that's pretty awful. My "massage" lasted a total of a minute. It very much felt like they were in a hurry to get to the next person. I don't normally write negative reviews but I was very dissatisfied with the services we received. For over $200 (including tip) it wasn't worth the experience that is supposed to come with it. read more

I have been going to La Rose for about 2 years. I LOVE this place! I am greeted by name. I have found my favorite person, but honestly, they are all good. They have all been there a long time and are attentive to details. I would highly recommend a dip manicure and shellac pedicure. They are the best in Boerne. read more

went to get a gel pedicure and was told it would be 45 dollars. i had no polish on my toes when i walked in and when i went to check out they told me it would be 60 dollars! not sure where the extra 20 dollars came from. i tried to ask the young blonde receptionist why it was 60 and she was on the phone and wouldn't look at me. definitely was over charged and wont be getting my nails done from them again. read more

I was visiting my sister, so my niece, my sister, my mom, and I decided to go get our nails and toes done. I had Tony, who is great! The honey and milk pedicure is amazing! I highly recommend that one! Customer service is good and you can tell they are really popular because there were a lot of people there. But they fit us in just fine! The person who waxed me, I'm not sure what her name was, She seems like she was in a rush and didn't get all of it, but other than that everything was great! You can even have champagne while you are getting your pedicure done! I wish the TV on the other side was showing shows as well, because the one I was facing, was just set on trees. I've been twice. First visit was pleasant. Clean. Only Complaint is that the pedicure tools were NOT STERILIZED properly. Thrown in the pedicure bucket. I didn't see any sterilization packets. The nippers were used before they used it on myself. Came back a second time and the same problem. Nothing was sterile. The bowl pump thing was still dripping wet when it was placed in my bowl. I'm guessing it was dripping from the last customer. Stored in a plastic red Dixie cup. Same with the sponge used on my feeet. Wet and obviously used. I really wanted to love this place but using dirty tools is dangerous. Not coming back for this very reason. read more

LOVE this new nail spot! I've been getting my nails done for nearly 20 years! Lol sets, manis, pedis, gels, regular polish, shellac you name it so I can tell immediately who knows what they are doing and who is being sloppy, careless or just trying to rush the customer out... here they are opposite! They remember you by name, take into account any pictures or suggestions you might have and make it happen! Lindsay is SUPER fast and knows what she is doing- if you are a busy mom like me she will take care of you and get you on your way- making sure you are happy! And of course this spot has complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks! Clean and friendly and prices are among the lowest in town! I love this nail place, come here every month BUT they never go by appointments. I had an appointment for 12pm and it's 2:32pm, I'm just now leaving. It's a bit ridiculous that they never go by appointments. Why should I call and make an appointment if they never go by the appointment times. We make an appointment for a reason. read more

We're starting to become regulars here, getting pedicures around once a month. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job. They never seem rushed, even when they are really busy. They take their time and do a really great job. I'm always happy with the outcome. Lately I've even started getting color on my toes and it's always fun to see the outcome. I recommend them for anyone. They will treat you right and even offer a complimentary cocktail to enjoy while they work. Well worth the price. Enjoy! read more

I had my nails filled on Saturday 6/08/24 10 days ago today! and they look like I had them done 3 weeks ago ! went to the salon and they told me my nails look "normal" after 10 days! and they ONLY guarantee their nails for a week, then the owner /supervisor walked away and left me there walking to myself !!!! Hate leaving a bad review but I will not be returning. First time went well. They were quick to fit us in during Prom time. Second time, I felt like my daughter and I were taken advantage of. I asked them to remove my daughter's nails and the owner/manager convinced me to do a new set for $40. They ended up only filling in the nails and painting on top of the old polish then proceeded to tell me we should've said something. Because the new charge was now $58!! How is the cost of filling and painting over her existing acrylic nails more?!! We paid the full overpriced nails and will never return. Btw, her nails were terrible looking. read more

Not sure what the hype and 5 star ratings were for but I went in for a full set and felt like they didn't really care how they did my nails. How can you charge extra for the filing or "shape" of your nail? Aren't they already filing it anyway??? I'm new in town and this seems bizarre to me and just another way to up their prices. Way too expensive for the service provided. My nails weren't even filed correctly. They're rough at the edges, slightly uneven and when I told Kimberly the length I wanted (short) she didn't bother on confirming the length to make sure I was ok with it. At one point she gave me a weird look thinking she gave me the wrong color which I think she did.... I just went with it and left... 55$ for a full set is crazy expensive read more

Every time I come here to get either my nails or toes done I am always greeted right away and offered snacks and a variety of drinks. The service is always the best and doesn't feel rushed through. I've been coming here for 3 years now and always feel like a VIP! Sarah the owner always says hi and is always willing to try a design for you. Lindsey is a fabulous nail artist as well. Always helps me decide on what colors and designed to do next. She does a great job duplicating my Pinterest ideas. If you want Lindsey you need to make an appointment, the secret is out on her . The rest of the staff is courteous and friendly. The salon is always clean and welcoming. I'm surprised they only have a 3.8 score. I've been going here for a long time. After my first visit, the owner remembered my name and how I like my nails done. I'm always greeted with kindness and a smile. The employees are all fantastic at their jobs, I prefer some over others but it's based on preference not their skill level (they're all great). I have never been to a nail salon that was so pushy about upgrades. I had to repeat SIX times that I did not want gel. They also tried to talk my 9 year old who was with a friend across from me into getting acrylic nails. We will never be back. Very disappoint after reading all the good reviews. read more
