My new Baby. Love it - Love it - Love it!!!

I recently purchased a motorhome from Frank at Public Wholesale, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Frank was very helpful, and had his guys show me everything on the motorhome, and how everything worked. The motorhome is absolutely beautiful, and the price was hard to believe. They have great deals and I was well taken care of. This is my first motorhome, but you can bet, when I'm ready to buy another one, this is the place I'll be going. Excellent service. Great people.

trashed floor - described over phone as "one small tear"

Don't waste your time unless you're looking to buy something you will need to totally refurbish on your own dime. I should have taken more pictures, but I was not intending to write a review. Trailer was listed as everything working and ready to go. I called before going down and asked if the roof was in good shape, caulking okay, everything works, etc. I was told the only thing wrong was a small tear in the floor. The trailer was trashed! Roof needed a new membrane, most of the caulk was missing, evidence of water leaks throughout the whole trailer. Bulge in wall on drivers side. Blowout damage, frayed wiring to lights and breaks. Homebrew "splice" with electrical tape for the 7 way plug. All 7 tires were over 6 years old and dry rotted. When all this was brought to his attention, he told me tires are $85 each. Guess he makes money preying on people buying their first RV and don't know what they need to look at. Total scumbag.

Home away form sweet home! Thank you Frankie and Kenny! You ROCK!!!

This month we were returning from a visit to So Cal and the passenger step into the cab of our Tiffin Wayfarer RV became so loose that it was in danger of falling off. At the recommendation of the MBZ dealer we went to Conejo RV without an appointment. Without hesitation, Kirk immediately got underneath the step and determined that the self tapping bolts (many missing) were no longer going to work. He had one of the techs immediately remove the step and refit with larger bolts. The whole repair was done within an hour. The step is now very secure. While the service we received blew me away, I was then completely taken back when he told me "no charge". My only regret is that we no longer live here as he would be my "RV guy" for sure.

Part 2 of our purchasing experience with LA RV Center and Gary…read more I live in Dallas Texas so inspecting the RV was not option, so we did hour one of the 4 companies Gary recommended. Gary met the inspector on Sunday afternoon without question. Inspection of the RV was about $400 and came to be not necessary. Few little items Gary had taken care of prior to him arriving. the condition from inspector was even better than what Gary advertised "Good Condition" the camper as described by inspector was impeccable, better than new! Even with that my wife and I still hadn't seen it and we decided to take road trip and pick it up instead of hiring a delivery company. -we departed Dallas Monday and Arrived late Wednesday. Gary and his staff was waiting with open arms with smile and a hug! After inspecting and walking thru RV and little paper work we were off for our first adventure on our new RV. I should also mention that Gary Emailed and called to follow up on us while we were driving back home. What class act my friend! In closing if your in the market for pre-owned RV you need to call Gary, he is by far number one in the industry. Highly recommend for your RV purchase! Thanks again for going above and beyond the sale! George and Paula Martin Forney, Texas

We'd been looking online for a long time, but didn't like anything we saw. Gary came out, introduced himself and showed us a 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 (with a Mercedes Sprinter chassis). We loved it! He took the time to walk us though all the features, but it was late, so he invited us to come back the next day for a test drive. Gary is super friendly, personable, professional and no a 'pressure sales' kinda guy, who also got our jokes... He had it all ready for us, and it felt 'right'. After a few days dealing with the bank, we came back to make the purchase, and after Gary went thru a checklist to make sure every function worked, were excited to drive away in our new (pre-owned) RV. Great experience, highly recommended!

They were willing to negotiate, patient when I picked it up and took time to explain all the systems to me. In addition, they gave me the peace of mind knowing they'd help if I had any troubles (which I did not). When I was ready to move on to another camper, they took my used camper on consignment and sold it in weeks. This is a locally owned, zero hassle shop. I highly recommend this team.

The quality of the build, smart and thoughtful design and the corresponding retention of value resulted in our scheduling a trip to the nearest Lance dealer, Galaxy Campers in Ontario. We had heard great things about David, the owner and Miguel, the sales manager. From an initial phone call to David and two subsequent visits where we met David and Miguel we experienced friendly, professional assistance without any pushiness. We ended up placing an offer to buy a new 2024 1875 model at an outstanding price. We negotiated some upgrades, an extra solar panel, two 300 amp hr lithium batteries and an E2 weight distribution anti sway hitch. They were able to complete the upgrades and we closed the sale today. Miguel went over every aspect of the trailer's design, controls having us interact to see firsthand how the controls and options worked. Thorough not rushed and addressing all our rookie questions. David dialed in the rear view camera and corresponding monitor so we had a perfect rear view as well as explaining all the steps in hitching and unhitching the trailer. Again I participated instead of just watching the steps involved. It's the little things replacing a tiny cotter pin with a larger one for ease of use, Paper work was efficient, both David and Miguel made sure I had their cell numbers for any later questions. Great product, great service and value and supporting a second generation family business just puts the icing on the cake. Our first trip, back to Oceanside, went flawlessly. David answered a call from us when we questioned the battery disconnect off setting after arriving home. Great people to work with!
