I visited here a couple weeks ago with a friend but just scoped the place out, I didn't purchase anything. I had been wanting to find a carniceria closer to home and this place looked pretty nice! Smaller location without a ton of options in the aisles, but they have plenty of meat! I decided to stop in here again this morning before work to pick up what I needed for a tasty Taco Tuesday! It was not busy at all this morning. I was helped immediately and finished up my shopping quickly. I couldn't find the tortillas which I thought was odd, I could only find the tostada shells and tortilla chips. As the cashier was ringing me up, I saw them along the front wall and grabbed a package. I also bought a container of freshly made salsa, two pounds of carne picada and two pounds of pastor, some cilantro, and an onion. Needless to say, these were some of the best tacos I've made and I credit the items I purchased here! We have a ton of leftovers too, so that's awesome! They do charge a $0.75 fee for credit/debit cards. I will definitely be back! read more

This place used to be called La Favorita Ranch Market. Very clean store and very friendly employees. All of their meat is fresh, the marinated diezmillo and carne asada was so good! Highly recommended 1000%! I miss this place and hope to visit when I am back in the area. read more

I usually don't so complains unless the service of food are the worst. At the point to ask myself. Is someone really have to go though this. Well as soon as I asked for the tacos. I was welcomed for with a displeased look and apathetic attitude. No lelons no onions lo cilantro. Didn't even ask me what kind of sauce I wanted. And the meat seems old refried. I didn't pay much for it but even if I pay a penny I am expecting people treat me as I would treat me. And serve me as I would serve them. Bad service. read more

This carniceria is my new favorite spot. The store is very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and their meat is very flavorful and fresh. They also make and sell fresh beans, rice, and salsa. It's soo good they often sell out by the evening. I have tried their carne asada, al pastor and the chorizo, all are amazing!! read more

This was the closest Mexican meat market to my house, so I stopped by to get some dried chorizo for my turkey stuffing. Unfortunately, they had run out. Instead, I decided to try their marinated carne asada for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious! The customer service was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. They let me know they'd have more dried chorizo the next day, but I couldn't fit another trip into my schedule. I was really impressed with the quality of the meat and can't wait to come back to try their other marinades, like the chicken and pork chops. If you're looking g for well seasoned meat for the grill or tacos/burritos, this is your spot. We don't have too many carnicerias in Rancho, so I'm happy I found this place. We got the Al pastor and it was delicious! We also tried some of their fresh salsa and that didn't disappoint either. Friendly workers and easy to navigate the store. It's clean and open. A super clean small Carniceria without doubt the best chicken fajitas we've ever had. They were so gracious and said to us try our smoked pork loin chop just take one and try it, which we did. Got their pollo asada for a family bbq and my family LOVED it! Their chicharonies are good and not hard they a soft yummy crunchy.

I came here for the first time last night, and I was so happy I did! The meat was delicious and fresh, and the prices were reasonable. I purchased 2 pounds of quality Milanesa meat. Also grabbed close to 2lbs of chori6. I tried both and I loved both Unfortunately I never had much luck finding a variety of fresh meats at Ralph's ---and food for less pre packages everything and I never had a good feeling about pre packaged meat. There was pretty much no line which was great but based on how many reviews the place has I would say it's an underrated spot and you should definitely check out the spot if grocery shopping. read more

My husband and I were trying to find a good meat market & based on the positive reviews, we decided to try this place. So glad we did. The carne asada was very good & tender. Little to no fat & the refried beans were very good too. I highly recommend this place. This is going to be our go to to purchase meat.
