I'm so happy I found this place near my apartment! I had their Barbacoa and Carnitas tacos and their Lengua quesadilla, everything was so so good! This is the one place that actually separates their cilantro and onions. I hate cilantro but loveeee onions, so that's definitely a huge plus! Can't wait to try other items on their menu! Also, I did walk in and order to go and it was pretty busy. Had a bittersweet experience at Salsa Verde today , such amazing food but the service makes the experience not worth the hassle. Usually I stick to tacos but was feeling adventurous and order a tostada, when it came out it wasn't the one I ordered and asked for help from counter girl named Tatiana only to be met with a very nonchalant careless and utterly rude attitude. A manager finally came to the rescue and enjoyed one of the best tostadas ever but really wish the situation would have been handled different. read more

One of the best tacos in town. I'm very picky when it comes to salsa and they have a variety to select from. One thing I love about this location is that they service tripes and lengua which not a lot of places would service the speciality meat. The tacos are good, but very small, not worth the price. The salsas' are on point though, I can't deny that. But the customer service is lacking a lot. If you try to call in, you get some bootleg wingstop-ish format of ordering; where they hang up on you, if they feel like it. It's like the 'clout' so to speak, got to their head. Friends recommended this place and based on reviews I decided to come here...I did not like it. Had several different kinds of tacos, a couple of tortas, quesadillas among other things on the menu. Food was bland...no wow factor on the food. Not worth the cost. Place was very hot. Maybe I came on the wrong day. Upon entering i noticed the menu and the "Yuge" (Daddy Trump Voice) variety in tacos. So many, that i would try one of each if i could in one seating. Tried 5 and the only one that impressed me was that chorizo, no homo. Al the others were descent meat, descent tortilla, descent sauces. Meat was either too hard, too soft, or too dry. This is one of the places i would eat at again if i was drunk and nothing else was open. Or this is somewhere i would take a girl if she was below a 7.5 just like these tacos. read more

This place is soooo good. I love coming here for authentic tacos and the toastaditas are amazing. The al pastor is super good and has so much flavor to it. Afraid to say I don't have any pictures but maybe that's how good it was. Went in and was taken back with the extensive menu. The fact that this place has four homemade salsas at the table made it a winner in my book. They also have campechano tacos and tacos de cesina and cabeza which is a rare find and knew it was the real deal. They also have Taco Bell friendly tacos for my guero friends . All in all with the aguas frescos and extensive menu I am happy to say this is one of the top spots to check out when in the area. Happy eatin'! read more

We were so excited excited to see that this new location opened closer to home!! We went in Friday afternoon! And as usual they had a handful of clientele already lined up. The insight looked very updated and clean! Spacious yet still felt like an actual taqueria. You order at the counter and they call your name or order number for you to pick up. From looking at the menu we were very indecisive on what to get. Everything sounded delicious! From their tacos, tostadas, tortas, to their gringas and quesadillas! We decided to go with the usual tacos we always get. Two beef head tacos on yellow corn tortilla, as well as a campechano, tripa,and fajiqueso all on yellow corn tortilla! I asked for grilled onions on the side and a chile toreado. We were not disappointed! Very good tacos with awesome sauces to add the extra finishing touch! This has officially become our favorite place for good authentic tacos! read more

This place has the worst customer service. They tend to have one cashier open when they have a line full of people and it takes forever to place an order. Don't even get me started on the to go orders, they are always missing something. I spoke to the manager since I had things missing two nights in a row (why would I go two days in a row ? My dad seems to like their tacos) and he said It was my responsibility to check my order and if I was too busy to do that maybe I shouldn't be ordering from them. Pretty disappointing!! So their food quality is pretty great. Note that their sauce is legitimately spicy but really good. Especially the peppers and onions that they have on the tables. Tortas are so good. The steamed tacos are a bit dry when I got them and I just drenched it in sauce. read more
