These issues are fixable with more attentive service, regular check-ins with guests, and better upkeep of the space (for example, more frequent wipe-downs and subtle scent control). I still tipped the staff 20%, but overall this experience was disappointing. A lot of effort has clearly gone into the decor and live music, and that same level of care should be extended to service and operations.
