I love this place and go multiple times a week. On the very rare occasions that I have issues Ben and Paco are very accommodating and do their best to make things right. However, I went there on a Monday (since they started opening on Mondays) and the new staff there brought my sides out in a small cup (about the size of a Jell-O shot container). As I stated before I come here 3-5 days a week and my sides have always came out in a salsa bowl this time they weren't. When I asked about it Lola was very unpleasant with me and reluctant to remedy the issue. Came in around 7:30 on a Friday night with a fairly large group and there was no problem getting a couple tables put together for seating. Chips and salsa are solid...not amazing, but good nonetheless. Got an order of shrimp & chicken fajitas. The tortillas were warm and soft, almost velvety. Chicken outnumbered the shrimp 2-1, but that's how I prefer that combo. Wanted some black beans to add in and was brought a whole PLATTER of black beans. Note: it was an entire meal's worth. Everything was good. Best part of the meal was our waiter, Alex. He made sure to take care of our entire party. Will definitely eat here again when in town. This restaurant shares a parking lot with a few other businesses, but it's usually not difficult to find a spot. Seems like the best time to come is post dinner rush if possible. read more

Update... I really do love this place but they do not make very good margaritas unless you order the 10 dollar one. I Reduced my 5 stars to a 4 because the chips were burnt last time and I went there just for chips and queso chorizo. When I mentioned that they were burned to the waiter he just laughed. The Food was GREAT! And my Server was Amazing. But... When we walked in we were not greeted for at least 5 minutes. It was not an off hour, it was 5:30, prime dinner rush, and they were not busy. Finally a man walked up to the front to seat us (presumably the owner/GM). ***I have worked in the industry for years, so I understand stuff happens, people call in and sometimes understaffing is inevitable.*** The man said nothing to us, DID NOT EVEN GET OFF HIS CELL PHONE TO SEAT US. That was one of the rudest things I have ever experienced while dining out. He just continued his conversation, threw menus down on the table he pointed to, and walked away. We had two small children in our party, but were not offered a high chair or booster. I will not be returning back. Went for dinner with a friend. Cockroach was crawling up the wall in our booth, told the waiter and he tried to kill it. We immediately got up to go. My friend tells the cashier that we should get a huge discount because of it. He immediately told us to stop yelling and to get out. They don't want our kind there. Our kind? Did he mean white women paying for a meal and enjoying each other's company. Who knows we were told to never come back. Asked for his name, wouldn't tell me, asked to speak to the manager or owner refused to give me a number, then gave me one after I threatened to contact the health department. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years here but will never return because of the horrible customer service from this young "man". I am so disappointed. This used to be our favorite but then we started going another place. Decided to try back here and it was a mistake. I got jalisco fajitas. Steak was so chewy, chicken bland (if I didn't see it was chicken I would never have known what it was), shrimp like bubble gum. Guac is weird tasting and colored. Salsa tastes like it's gone bad.
