Our daughter ordered the Venezuelan take on chicken shawarma. They greatly enjoyed their meals and we all enjoyed the mini empanadas we shared (two pork, two beef, and two chicken is the default). The service continues to get worse, capped off by the last visit where I waited over an hour for Pollo Caracas, with virtually no one in the restaurant. I kept getting angrier by the minute. I kept being told 5 more minutes, on 5 different occasions. Finally, the owner ( came to the front, half-heartedly apologised, and cooked my food) The food has never been great, only convenient. I will never mess with this place again.
