The service continues to get worse, capped off by the last visit where I waited over an hour for Pollo Caracas, with virtually no one in the restaurant. I kept getting angrier by the minute. I kept being told 5 more minutes, on 5 different occasions. Finally, the owner ( came to the front, half-heartedly apologised, and cooked my food) The food has never been great, only convenient. I will never mess with this place again.
