She does an incredible job with my lashes every time. This was my first time using a Groupon, and I'll admit I was a little nervous after reading some reviews mentioning upselling. However, my experience was completely different. They were very transparent and explained that the Groupon includes 120 lashes total between both eyes, which is clearly stated in the Groupon details. Helen kindly offered me the option to upgrade to a different lash texture for just $20 more, which would give me a fuller look and softer to touch. I appreciated that she took the time to explain everything and gave me the choice without any pressure. Even with the upgrade, I still paid less than I would for a regular full set, and I left extremely happy with my lashes. The environment is also so calming....they have a soothing water fountain, relaxing music, and everyone is always so kind and welcoming. As an added bonus, I really appreciated the little massage at the end of my appointment! I highly recommend Mermaid Beauty, especially Helen.
