Was really craving some lemon pasta and was able to find it here. The workers were very nice but they did mess up our wine order. It's okay it was still good. Cute outside near the middle of Amalfi. Lemon pasta was delicious and pretty filling. They gave us bread and brought out a side of cheese! Good place for lemon pasta if you want it!

    Falanghina excellent.

We stomped on this location by mistake. Originally we wanted to eat at Cartari but they were too snobby! So we opted for this unknown GEM. The Big guy, was really professional, he suggested us a great bottle of white wine and then made us a warm Seafood Salad which was Divine. Balanced yet Flavorful. Then we ordered a Spaghetti al Limone which my lovely half devoured, I had Linguine agli Scampi, Amazing. We do not understand the lower rating of this place, but surely deserve 5 Stars for the food. Strongly recommended. Say hi to Andrea the server.

Came here late afternoon and not quite dinner time. We were offered a menu and was then told that we could only have a couple of pasta items. So chose one of the pasta dish on offer which was okay. Located outside the water fountain. It was fun to watch people coming and going taking photos and filling up their water bottles.

St Andrews pasta with mystery fish

Two words: tourist trap. The big man was very short and pushy with us - aka rude. I originally ordered a cod pasta but he said no it's a two ppl minimum (we were a party of two) and instead said we should order the st Andrews fish "muah delicioso"... But it was also a two person minimum....Market price. Interesting. We asked him for wine recommendations between two whites and he just grabbed the menu and walked away...We had to call him back to order a wine which he was very pushy about. Then the much hyped st Andrews pasta fish came out and it was hardly edible. The pasta was al dente, OK... But the fish was chewy fatty thick and inedible. Photo as attached. Mystery Market price.Do not order and scammed! I could barely eat half of my plate. If you thought that any place in Amalfi has to be good because it's Italy (like us), think again! PS. The wine was mediocre. I've had better trader Joe's wine.

Best place we have eaten at in Italy so far. The pizza and the lasagne were delicious. The staff wonderfully friendly. There was ac inside on a ridiculously hot day and we were even able to charge our phones. Wonderful!

The food was good but the service awful. We had to wait a very long time both to order and than to pay. I liked the food but would only recommend the place to someone with plenty of time...

Octopus and potato salad very very good. Falanghina house wine tasty and cheap. Try the local Caciovallo cheese. . Tagliatelle Bolognese very good. Service friendly and fast (by Italian standards at least). Outside tables next to a cute fountain. Great place for lunch.

    Try the mozzarella and tomatoes!

We started of with two starters, mozzarella with tomatoes and prosciutto with melon, both where fantastic! For main course we had gnocchi with cheese and walnuts which was delicious and a grilled steak which was ok. Finally we ended our meal with a delicious goat cheese with lemon honey and some lemon ice cream. Overall a great food experience and we would definitely recommend it! The service was serious and proffessional. The bill ended on 90 euro including a bottle of wine and a refreshing drink.

Serves great fresh seafood and simple pizza and a rare bubbly red wine that went so well with the meal. This restaurant is tucked away in the corner near the fountain of the nativity scene underwater.

    Fun guy!!!

They never glanced in our direction. They tossed our plates down without looking where they put them. At one point, a server threw a bag of bread on our table after we'd finished our dinners. She was walking by, didn't slow down, and tossed a bag of bread in front of my son. When we first arrived, they asked if we had taken the boat from Amalfi. We hadn't, and after that, everything seemed to change. If you do decide to eat here, maybe say yes to the boat question. I'm thinking maybe they charge a table fee for the people who take their water taxi, and that's why they didn't want us there. Who knows. Overall, I wish we had gone somewhere else. I can't remember ever eating at a restaurant that felt so dismissive. It wasn't just passive-aggressive--it felt like they were put off by us being there, which was really weird. We spent a lot of money there. I'm at a loss. They were getting on very well with the tables near us. I loved Italy so much; this was by far the worst experience we had on our trip. There is another restaurant right next to this one on a dock. If you have the choice, I'd definitely go to that one. 5 stars to the one on the dock.

When our server came we were asked if we came by boat from Amalfi and we said no (staying in Conca de Marini). Maybe it was this or because we are Americans, but the service was an embarrassment. All of our meals came out at different times, the bread was thrown on the table as an afterthought in a bag in front of my teenage son, the plates were slammed down on the table, we were never checked on and when ready to leave we had try very hard to get anyone's attention. I would never recommend eating here unless you enjoy passive aggressive exchanges. If you do eat here tell them you came on the boat from Amalfi even if you didn't.
