Awesome experience! I reached out to them via Yelp and they got back to me very quickly, even communicating back and forth with all my questions. They charged $145/hour, which was very affordable compared to the three or four other quotes. I was able to book them about a week or two in advance. I video chatted with Trevor a few days before to show him the jobs and he was super nice. Trevor and another colleague brought all the equipment and got right to work. I had them install an astroturf carpet, a mirror, a light fixture, and then do some caulking around the kitchen sink. We have a beautiful Norditrak treadmill in our apartment complex but with the addition of our son and how quickly he is growing, I had to part ways with it. Was looking for movers but everyone had 3 hour minimums with rates being 100$+! Searched around on Yelp and found LATeams and boy am I thankful I did! Emailed them right when I found their page and I got a response within 10 minutes! Follow up emails were also super quick! (Thank you Falize and Liana). Set up a date and time and it was easy as pie! The day comes around (today) and our appointment was for 10am, and the boys already left and gave me a call at 9am to let me know they were on the way. Arrived 15 minutes before and started getting ready for the move. Michael and Jordan were super professional and kind. They were even courteous of the Asian 'no shoes in the house' and offered to take off their shoes. (Not necessary of course). They took out the treadmill in one piece very effortlessly and mindful of the tight space. They delivered the treadmill to a fellow apartment mate about 20 minutes away and everything was great! Geronimo and Jordan showed up yesterday a minute early before appointment time. Geronimo called before he left to give me a heads up. The guys wore masks and shoe covers the whole time. In 7 hours, they did the following: install two bidets, a smart lock, mount a 65" tv, install a closet system from the container store, assembled 4 bar stools, one 9 piece dining set, a 7 piece patio set, cleaned out dishwasher AND washer filters, and did a quick run to Lowe's for hardware. They are polite and courteous. I encouraged them to take breaks since it was such a long work day but they powered through. I made sure to top their water glasses off and provide pizza for their hard work. They cleaned up after themselves too. Super happy with their good work and great attitudes. So, I'm torn writing this review, because the lead guy on my job was great. Nice. Professional. Did good work. But this company sends a lead guy, and then an "assistant" who doesn't know much and can't do much but hold stuff for the lead guy, or pick up stuff. Or, in my case, fall through the ceiling. Which wasn't that big of a deal. But the fact that the guy who fell through my ceiling also showed up smelling like weed, well that was frustrating. Cause maaayyyyybe they were related? That obviously slowed the day down because now they had to repair the drywall. I had a different t assistant on the second day and he was better, but still relatively useless. I would say this company is great for general work around the house. They removed a pillar and replaced the tile, got the whole thing done quick and Lois great. But I wouldn't hire them for anything electrical related. I hired electricians to finish my lights, since these guys couldn't get them done in the time they quoted, again, ceiling.... the electricians did as many rooms in 4 hours as these guys did in 10. The electricians ended up being CHEAPER because these guys charge by the hour and spent a lot of time trying to figure out what to do, again, electrical wise. Basic handyman tasks I'd be happy to hire them again. read more

We moved forward with it and everything was set in motion. The team picked the slab door up from the store and even took the defective old door away to be dumped. The slab door needed to be drilled, mitered and shaved so the existing hardware would fit and align properly. It took several hours to get it all done, and it was done to perfection! Jorge and team have been to my house in a few occasions. They have patched a hole in stucco left by upgrading electrical and also filed in 2 complete holes left by removing in-wall a/c units. This required removing them and then building out in the inside of the wall. Then they had to stucco the outside and dry wall the inside and match it on both sides, which they did I effortlessly!
